Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls, chajjas, facia etc, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, including finishing even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chawk whitening complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of roof slab/chajja with sweeping with brooms, removing all depositions /mud/vegetations etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old APP membrane of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per sqm of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding, finished even and fair on roof/ chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick), it shall be taken upto height of minimum 300mm through a fillet or 75mmx75mm and shall be inserted inside a groove cut in the parapet and fixed. If the height of parapet is 300mm or less, membrane shall be taken till top of the parapet and finished after covering the top surface to the parapet. For RCC inverted beam the whole beam shall be covered with membrane irrespective of the depth. In case of roof projection, the membrane shall be taken 50mm on the reverse side of roof at the edges.with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with minimum overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1: 3:6 Type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops,coping and similar works, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) based Water proofing liquid compound including a coat of elastomeric primer as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of any capacity, setting aside or removing if required for repair, cleaning etc. hoisted if required and refixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling old unserviceable water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but not exceeding 500 ltrs complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 litre (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including 20mm bore ball PTMT valve high pressure with polyethylene float and flynut complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 litre (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including 20mm bore ball PTMT valve high pressure with polyethylene float and flynut complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100/150 mm bore Asbestos cement drain pipes, soil , waste and rain water pipes etc set in cement mortar, from walls or in floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with clamps complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bend any radius of 160 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for RCC nominal mix Type B0-1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (605mm X 605 mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 12 mm thick Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60cm x 60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Mild steel, plain black sheet 0.8 mm thick in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, valley gutters etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required including dismantling old unserviceable valley gutters complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 Cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed coloured rubberised moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006, 80 mm thickness M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand coushing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete blocks masonary with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) & set in cement mortar 1:4 in walling as in kerb block, one edge chamferred and finished complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old unserviceable broken PCC drain covers and similar suspended works including removal of debries outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, drain covers made of MS angle, bars and sheets etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,welded or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.d.
