Comprehensive Maintenance and round the clock operation of various electromechanical services as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff/ by automation including specialized manpower and by arranging required tools and plant etc to keep all the services operational upto the required standards. A) Services included are: I) For Operation & Comprehensive maintenance 1) EI, Light Fittings, LT Panels & earthings. 2) 6 x 2TR, 5 x 0.75TR & 2 x 1.5TR split AC units. 3) 2 x 1.5TR window AC units Contractors to take all steps to undertake preventive / special maintenance and testing to keep the system at optimum working condition. Size of various services is given in Section - I B) Minimum Staff Required Skilled: 1 No. in general shift Semiskilled: 1 No. per shift in 3 shifts.

Note:- Agency has to perform round the clock operation of various electromechanical services as per details given below & in relevant sections by utilizing the required staff already covered under item no. 1 above. If more persons are required for satisfactory operation, the same shall be arranged by the firm at no extra cost. Services included are: II) For Operation only: 1) 2 x 125 KVA E/A sets i/c E/A sets' panels. 2) (2 + 1) x 7 TR High Precision Package A/C Units. 3) IBMS: i) Access Control System ii) IP CCTV Surveillance System iii) Addressable Fire Alarm System iv) Fire Suppression System v) Public Address System 4) 2 x 40 KVA & 1 x 5 KVA UPS System.
