REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE OF ROAD IN CERTAIN STRETCHES AT KANKINARA MILITARY STATION UNDER GE (N) KOLKATA

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded roadmetal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-30) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder (Paving bitumen VG-30) with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of pot holes not exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evently a tack coat with paving bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-30) grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete by mecanical paver, 30 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), rolled and compacted with vibrator power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) , using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted with vibrator power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed in SSR 2009 (Part-1) and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction.

Supply and fix as in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (12V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 , (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing sand cushion below interlocking paver block including seprading and levelling complete all as specified and directed and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of , M-35 Grade (with grey cement and pigment) complete all as specified and directed and directed.
