Supply, installation and commissioning of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip main earthing lead of 32x6 mm by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers and connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 4 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and instaliation, testing and commissioning of fast earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing, dual electrode technology of 3 mtr long copper pipe of diameter 76 mm(OD). There should be terminal for connection of 50x6 mm of copper strip with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is duly filled with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 50x6 mm copper strip at top, alongwith 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of premium grade ground improving SRIP (BFC) earth enhancing compound and HDPE heavy duty earthing chamber cover size 260x300x300 mm with FRP based earthing display board with support stand size 254x380x610 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The earth enhancing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350/&/EC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexacromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500Hrs. The FAST ELECTRODE shall be dully tested & Certified by CPRI (Central Power Reserch Institution), Govt of India for a suitable minimum short circuit current for 1 second with initial pick of suitable KA. The Fast ELECTRODE shall be approved by CPRI, ERDA/NABL Lab

Supply and fix Single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on the roof including all fittings, fixtures and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks 100mm x 100mm x 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper strip 20 mm x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F insulating clamp on the wall/ roof for fixing of copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of GI Sheet box of size 90x90x90mm made of 1.6mm thck plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanised tubing light grade 20 mm dia with all accessories buried under floor, or on wall for earth lead protection complete all as specified and directed..

M&L galvanised tubing light grade 40 mm dia with all accessories buried under floor or on wall for earth lead protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through and incl concealed PVC conduit (medium grade) of suitable size all as specified and directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with top cover of 3mm thick hylam sheet fixed with GI screws and cup washers and incl all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the folloing:- Note : (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive foe cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc for concealing the depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. Portion of point wiring at RCC columns/ Beems/ Cielings shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on surface with plugs (ii) Minimum size of conduits shall be 20 mm dia (medium grade).

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch.

Description all as per item No.10 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit/casing capping shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted .

Supply and fix TPN DB 4 way vertical sheet metal enclosure 415 volts, 50 Hz, with IP-43 protection, double door with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all enclosed in standard sheet flush mounting with one MCB as incommer complete all as specified. Note : (i) MCB SP/TPN shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of this schedule . (ii) Copper thimble shall be used for connection of cable .

S & F in repairs MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz, with IP-42 protection, double door with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all enclosed in standard sheet flush mounting complete all as specified. Note : Copper thimble shall be used for connection of cable .
