Providing Man Power Typist, Peons, Drivers to the ARBC Division and its sub Division offices for the year 2024-25

No of Years of Experience Tenderer should have been in the business of providing manpower services for at least (3 (three)) financial years preceding the last date for submission of tenders. (1) At least 3 (three) years in the business of manpower services is equal to 15 marks,(2) More than 3 years in the business of manpower services is equal 5 marks for each additional 2 years subject to the maximum of 10 (Additional) marks.

Total number of Data Entry Operator / Man Power deployed for any Central / State Govt / Semi Govt Preceding 3 years from the last date for submission of tenders should have successfully deployed manpower for any Central / State Govt / Semi Govt such that the total / combined man power deployed are not less than (80% of the personnel required) i.e. 9 Nos of 9 Nos (i.e. 9 x 6 Months). (1) Deployed at least (80% i.e.43 Nos of 54Nos (i.e.9X6 Months) persons / users is equals to 15 marks,(2) Deployed at least (80% i.e.43 Nos of 54Nos (i.e.9X6 Months) persons / users is equals to 5 marks each such additional persons / users subject to the maximum of 10 (Additional) marks.

Total number of Data Entry Operator / Man Power deployed for any reputed company Preceding 3 years from the last date for submission of Tenders should have successfully deployed manpower for any reputed company established under the companies Act. 1956 or 2013 such that the total / combined manpower deployed are not less than (80%) person / users i.e., 43Nos of 54Nos (i.e., 9X6 Months).(1) Deployed at least (80% i.e., 43Nos of 54Nos (i.e., 9X6 Months) persons / users is equal to 5 marks.(2) Deployed at least (80% i.e., 43Nos of 54Nos (i.e., 9X6 Months) persons / users is equals to 2.5 marks each such additional (10%) persons / users subject to the maximum of 5(Additional) marks.

Total Credit Facility Tender should have credit facility of not less than (Rs. 4,38,500.00 (estimated cash flow for three months) of credit line or letters of credit from the banks meeting the fund requirement.(1)Have received at least (cash flow) payment for three months is equals to 10 marks,(2) Have received more than Rs.4,38,500.00 (months required cash flow as cash flow payment for three months is equals to 5 marks for each additional (cash flow) payment of Rs. 4,38,500.00 received for three months subject to the maximum of 10 (Additional) marks.

Total Annual Turnover in the Business of Manpower Services. The Tenderer should have maximum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 1753000.00(Two times the amount put to tender in this tender) (Rupees Twenty three lakhs two thousand Only) from the last three completed financial years preceding tha last date for submission of tenders (i.e., financial year 2023-24,2022-23, and 2021-22).(1) At least Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 1753000.00 (Not less than twice the amount put to tender) (Rupees Twenty three lakhs two thousand Only) is equals to 10 marks,(2) More than Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 1753000.00 (Twice the amount put to tender) is equals to 5 marks each additional Annual Turnover of thrice the amount put to tender of subject to the maximum of 10 (Additonal) marks
