Drilling a bore hole in DTH process through any kind of soils and rocks in overburden suitable for lowering and fitting fixing of 200 mm internal 1 dia. casing pipe (casing pipe will be supplied by agency) upto an average depth of 25 mtrs. and subsequently 165 mm dia intr boring through any kind of rocky formation upto a total depth af 170 mtrs (for dry drilling or sufficient water not achived, driIling may be continued upto 200 mtr ) including all other works necessary for boring and lowering fitting fixing of MSERW/UPVC casing pipes suitable for 165 mm dia drilling In rock bed and grouting the same as per direction of the E.I.C including (in case of MSERW casing pipes) the cost of weilding of MSERW casing pipes and welding the top of the casing pipe with one 8mm thick MS cover plate (with supply and delivery of the plate). Necessary arrangement to be made for proper secuirity of bore hole. (a) 0 to 25 mtr

Supplying, installation and lowering in position solar Panel based AC Subrmersible pumping machinery (Preferably with stainless steel fabricated components) with solar cable & cable connector kit, PV Panel (IEC 61215:2015 certified), Controller, Overhead protection, Dry run protection, Auto Restart facility, Float switch with water level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with supplying G.I.Controller box and supplying 32mm dia PVC column pipe 42m length including earthing etc.as per direction of the EIC. i.) Solar Panel Canfiguration:4 panels of 325 Wp (72 cell) each (solar Panel to be installed on top of M.S. Supporting structure); ii) Submcrible pump capaity 1.00 HP, 14 Stage, 32mm outlet dia (preferably oil filled) KSB/ Crompton or renowned brand and including Operation and maintenance of entire installations for 5 years (except day to day operation) which includes: a) Cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc Twice in a month; b) Replacement of damaged Valves, Bib cocks and any other parts of all units and when necessary, c) Repair/Replacement of pumping machinery i.e controller, pv panel, wiring, switches etc and when necessary. d) painting of m.s. structure and all painted surface at the end of each year.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part-I ). With all necessary accessories, specials viz socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, Iong screw, reducing Socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads, cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed comlete in all respect. (Paymet wiil be made on the centre line meaurement of the total pipe line will be made on he Centre line measurement of the total pipeline including all specials No separate pavment will be made for aceessories.specials) i. 32 mm dia

Laying Rising main, delivery main, Over flow, wash out pipe line with supplying fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make (Medlum duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 schedule-80 and threaded to match with Gl pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part-1) with all necessary accessories, specials, viz socket, bend.tee.unlon, cross, elbow', nipple, longscrew.reducing socket, reducing tee.short plece etc, fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground to feed the water nearest to houses at least one habitation to get water through stand post and complete the all works as per drawing & direction ofthe E.I.C. (Suggested brand: Supreme/ Ori plast/ long last (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials.
