(iv) Complete material for installation viz. point insulation material, Jn. box, GI pipe, gland pipe, wiring material, nut & bolts of various sizes, angle iron of size 75mmx75mmx10mm, channels for fixing the machine, lugs for point rodding and insulation materials for stretcher bar 90R/52kg/60kg as per .drg.no.SA-23171 (adv.) Alt.1 will be supplied by the contractor. (v) Smithy and fitting work required at site for complete installation of Gauge tie plate and insulation of GTP as per approved Drg.no.NR/S&T/CON/7-6/97 and william stretcher bar (if reqd.) will be done by the contractor. Machine shall be overhauled by contractor if required. (vi) This includes removal of existing gears and fixing the machine at raised level on channel as per standard practice to avoid flooding wherever required. (vii) Supply of ground connections of electric point machine, non insulated GTP & CTP extension plate,Jn. box and stretcher bar shall be made available by the Rlys. in which the supply of ground connections, Jn box is covered separately.Inspection by: Consignee"

Dismantling and releasing of Point equipments which includes all S&T fittings of electrical and mechanical, facing point lock/ hand plunger lock/ lock bar / holding bar/ EPD/ 05 mechanical detecter/ Pt. machine with all attachments. All dismantled material to be transported and stack in the store of DY.CMM/JUDW/SSB store depot or any SSE/Sig/Stores of UMB division or any other store of N.Rly as per consignee. Note :- Before dismantling joint survey is to be done with the site engr. and report to be submitted to the site engr. (1 Job= 1 Point). Inspection by: Consignee.

Cleaning, Scrapping, Painting and lettering of all newly installed and existing gears such as signals, point equipment, track circuit equipment with T.C. no. on rail app. Cases JB. TL JBs point rodding cranks, compensators etc. including gate equipment if existing in station section as 06 per the provision of IRSEM. All paints (ISI marked) shall be approved by Railway Engr. and painting material to be supplied by the contractor. This item also includes writing and painting requirement of all indoor and outdoor gears along with making of all circuit nos. near terminal and terminal boards/track in app. Cases, junction boxes, relay room, SMs room, writing of relay nomenclature fuse nos. and equipment nomenclature as the approved plans and as per provision of IRSEM. Inspection by: Consignee

Transportation of signaling /Telecom materials by road from various stores of SSE/Sig 07 & SSE/tele of UMB division or GZB depot, SSB depot, JUDW depo etc. as per the instructions of the railway representative at the site. The work also includes loading, unloading and stacking of the materials.Inspection by: Consignee

Concreting unscheduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand 08 ratio. It also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site in charge. The volume in cubic meters shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trestle, MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting. Cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor.Inspection by: Consignee

Earth work for excavation and refilling around location boxes and signals etc. where 09 necessary including 50M lead and 1.5M lift. The lead is to be measured from centre of gravity of location to the centre of filling and lift from main ground level. The earth work should be well rammed including breaking of clods, leveling and dressing etc. as per instruction of Engineer at site.Inspection by: Consignee

Maintenance of signalling gears required for the execution of track machines such as unimate , MP-2007, CSM, DUMETC,BCM, SRM and any other track maintenance machine work includes:- a) Proper dressing of Track Leads jumpers/ removing & re-fixing of axle counter track devices as required by Railway representative at site before and after commencing of Unimate, MP- 2007, CSM, DUMETC, BCM, BRM & SRM etc machine. This includes replacement of defective jumpers Bonding etc. Jumper/Bonding will be provided by Railway. b) Dismantling & ReFixing Turn out, Installation and testing of rodding set for point machines and point machine as per direction of 10 railway representative at site. (c) All damaged cable due to unimate, MP-2007 CSM, DVO METIC, BCM SRM and any other Track maintenance machine work should be meggered properly and it required, should be replaced by the contractor as directed by railways representative at site. Cable will be supplied by railway. (d) It includes drilling hole in rail as per site requirement and any work of EOLB or sliding boom and earting arrangement of signalling gears. Any other work as per instruction of Railway Engineer. All T&P & Jigs required to execute the work will be supplied by contractor. Note: The team to be provided for this work should comprise of Black smith/Wire Man-1 No., and Helper- 3 Nos. (Machine Days =Numbers).Inspection: By Consignee.

Installation wiring testing and commissioning of Fuse change over system (FACS). This includes provision of common Buzzer & indication at ASM Room & ESM Duty Room and painting 11 of fuse details.
