Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone walls surfaces including. racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labours for two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl. necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with WPC @2% wt of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 2003. MAKE : SIKA/ ACCOPROOF/ CICCO NO-1

Material and labour for newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of weather coat over primer on wall surface all as specified and directed. (Note :- Weather coat shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge)

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.9.00 here-in-before, but on steel surfaces.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n.exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick II class HW Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered orrounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified .

Supply and fix facory made solid panelled PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC's channel having PVC sheet trip of 20mm wide stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gether with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame including butt hinges at site as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm mild steel butt hinges medium weight,cold rolled complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp stapple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 150 mm Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 150mm long aluminium handle fabricated type anodised all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperure 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

Supply and fix 3mm thick Sheet glass, ordinaly quality and glazing with oil putty or secured with wdn beads as required in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane

Supply and fix 4mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm to wooden/ iron/ aluminium frame with wooden/iron/ aluminium beading and fixed with nails/ nut & bolts or wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed .

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors any pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M& L Chequered cement concrete tiles 22cm x 22cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) over 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 including racking out Joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc, including or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Supply and fix galvanised HI-Rib eaves gutter,610 mm width box shape with Rectangular edges thickness of sheet 0.50mm ,complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings etc with end of bars, shouldered and/ or rivated, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, framed work for door and windows, railing and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, Complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including 110mm PVC (SWR) WC connector with lip ring and PVC (SWR) P/S trap 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel water tubing and connection 15mm dia bore and removal from site.

Supply and laying of GI 15 mm Tubes, medium grade ,galvanised,with all fitting;laid in trenches fittings on walls concealed type in any type of masnory or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing sufaces of new, previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and priming with pink primer and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete incl. (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, boards, DB, MCB, light fittings etc), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) for one light point controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade in and including PVC capping and casing (double lock, ISI Marked) of suitable size with all necessary fittings along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including PVC rectangular switch board with plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc or modular plastic surface boxes suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 02 here-in-before but for one switch socket outlet, 5 Amp on independent board all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 02 above but for one 15 Amp switch socket outlet, independent with 2.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable along with 2.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed.
