Replacement of old damaged High Mast Tower Light (Sodium vapor lamp) fitting with energy efficient LED light fittings in BHEP dam chute spillway gate side by way Providing & fitting of LED based Flood light (300W) 16 nos., housing made up of pressure die cast aluminum Alloy with effective thermal management, sturdiness and embossed brand name/logo name of manufacturer. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of greater than 120 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of 36000 lumens and maximum system wattage of 300 Watts. The fixture shall have a CRI of minimum 70, SDCM<5. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @70% lumen maintenance. Ingress Protection of IP66 (lamp and gear Compartment) and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK >=07 with toughened glass cover. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-270 V, inner surge protection of >=4KV, external protection of 10KV, PF >0.95 and THD<10% at full load. Driver should cut off at high voltage of 320volt for safety. The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IS10322. The LED driver should comply to IEC61000-3-2 ed.3.2, 2009 for Harmonics. Manufacturer shall have in-house lab approved by NABL. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters. of Repairing & fitting of existing drive motor of high mast tower light (1 nos), Supply of 2.5 sqmm cable 05 core unarmored PVC insulated cu flexible cable (50 mtr), Supply of adhesive tape 7mtr (20 nos), Supply of Wire holding/fixing clamps (15 pkt.), Supply of cable ties (2pkt), Supply of 32 Amp TPN MCB (02 nos), CRC-D 226 (3 nos), Contactor MNX - 70 (1 no.), including the replacement of burned MCB, wire, and other electrical equipments. The contractor shall have to make his own arrangement for lowering the High mast tower light in order to replace with new energy efficient flood lights. The job also includes disconnection of connections, dismantling of old/damaged and providing, fixing of the energy efficient LED lights. The job also includes providing of Manpower (skilled & unskilled) required for disconnection of connections, dismantling of old/damaged LED flood light & other allied work besides charges on a/c of tools and tackles for complete execution of job (inclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable).

Rebate on account of old damaged recoverable spares/items (deducted from the rate quoted at S.No. 01)
