Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conitions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE OF CABLE - Standard /PLAZA /HAVELLS & MAKE OF PVC CASING /CAPING-PRICISION/PRESSFIT /MODI. Note:- Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) One ceiling /exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) One 3 pin 5 amp socket out point on the same board with other switches complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) One3 pin 5 amps socket out let point on independent board complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 2.00 above but for one socket outlet 15 amp on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm cable and 1.5 Sqmm earth wire.
