Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 type C1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded aggreagate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone / PCC block masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting (putty) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same to a distance of 1.5 km including loading and dumping / levelling at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ hard standing etc finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth potection including finished the surface even and smooth without using of extra complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick tiles of size exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick tiles of size exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of kota stone slabs and granite tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L granite (of any type) work 18 to 20mm (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut & machine polished kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in kitchen platform, treads of steps laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement mortar in 1:4 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite / Kota stone slabs edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situation.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No.2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivetted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work quality of steel conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4.8mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Grinding, polishing and rounding off edges of glassexc 4mm thick but n exc 8mm thick and circular cutting on glass of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 12 mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fabricate & fix in position anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) door shutter with frame, partly glazed with 5 mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board with both side decorative laminated including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, aluminium door handle 150 mm size, aluminium barrel tower bolt 200 mm size etc all as specified below complete all as specified and directed. M&L for light shade colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.45 but in skirting & dado over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying pipes, cables etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for laying cables in trenches/pole foundation and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
