Cat (A) -Items to be supply and fixing

Excavation in soft/ loose soil for foundation of earth pit chamber and getting out soil etc. All as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Excavation of hard/ dense soil in trenches for earth lid from earth pit chamber to building and getting out soil etc. All as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm.×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with adequate charcoal dust and common salt inside earth pit. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.All as per direction of E-I-C.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion adequate charcoal dust and common salt inside earth pit. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. All as per direction of E-I-C.

S & F of GI steel tubes of medium grade of 50 mm bore in trenches , laid in ground for crossing of earthing strip from pit to termination point or as per site requirement with all fixing accessories etc. All as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

S&F, of GI steel tubes of medium grade of 20 mm bore inside the earth pit chamber, from earth pit chamber to L.T. Over head line pole as per site-requirement with all fixing accessories etc. all as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers of excavated soft loose soil in trenches and making good disturbed surface all as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

M&L for provision of cement concrete of type- B2 1:2:4, 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation or as per etc. all as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing of precast cement concrete earth pit chambers of size 0.5X0.5X0.5 meter having 10 cm wall thick made from cement concrete of type- B1, 1:2:4, 20 mm graded aggregate with top cover, etc, complete as per site location.All as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Cutting of hole inside the brick wall of size 10" length into or through brick walls of built in mud mortar with area not exceeding 150sq.cm. and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required.All as per direction of E-I-C.

Supply and fixing of clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint as per site requirement .All as per direction E-I-C.
