Site clearance including removing of vegetation growth, bushes including taking out from fencings etc. and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc. 50m as directed by Engr-in- Charge and all as specified. Note:-Measurement shall be taken of ground area cleaned.

Dismantling of stone/boulder masonry, laid dry incuding removal of rubbish to a distance n exc. 50m as directed by Engr-in- Charge and all as specified.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Dismantling of mild steel work as in angle iron frames/grills mild steel bars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster complete all as specified.

Cleaning of bricks/cement mortar from bricks and rubbish off the premises stacking for measurement including all handling etc as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks built in CM (1:6) all as specified.

All as per serial item No 8.00 but except bricks.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub Class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4

Material and labour for Keyed pointing to brick walls in CM 1:3.

Supply and fixing for mild steel work as in grill, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including welding if required etc, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:6, surfaces finished even and fair with out using extra cement, all as specified.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, for in Item, water troughs and the like ncluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concerete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded aggragete in floor/ hard standing including finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement over all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint on walls all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls applying one coat of cement base paint of approved make & colour complete all as specified.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil within MOD land and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-charge at a distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5.0Km.

Return filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick all as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling on traverse walls or roofs of magzines in required size, slope and shape and finishing etc., to any height from 0 to 1.50m high averaging 3.00m high from base complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 225 X 150mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified
