S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit along with ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories as required in recess including making jhiri in the wall,clamps at suitable spacing, covering conduit and making good the same as required.

S&F following sizes of ISI marked ( IS:14927 P - II ) uPVC trunking along with accessories like coupler, inner, outer, elbow, square box, tee, end cap etc. on surface with screws, expansion fasteners etc. as required.

Supplying and laying FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor of following nominal sizes with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping making connections with Copper Lugs of suitable size, Ferrules,testing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modular accessories on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor (starting and running winding) including all necessary material. The motor is to be wound taking no. of coils, turns and pitch as it was originally wound with required size super enamelled wire with 'E' class insulation material and making connections etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. (New model ceiling fan)

Labour charges for removing and refixing of Ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan from site

Providing and Replacement of ball bearing of ceiling/ exhaust fan and refixing the same at suitable location as requiredand as per OEM recommendations. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material shall be retained by the contractor.

Provinding & Replacement of M.S. Shaft of ceiling fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & Replacement of cover/ bearing seat of ceiling/ exhaust fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & F Aluminium Blades (a set of 3 blades) duly painted and well finished 900/ 1200 mm. The material of the fan blade shall be of designation 31500B with condition HX6 aluminium alloy sheet confirming to IS 737/2008

P & F 3 Speed rotary switch for Desert Cooler complete with testing etc as required.

P & Replacement of M.S. Shaft of fan motor for Desert Cooler/ exhaust fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

Servicing and overhauling of 20" sweep desert cooler including oiling, greasing, painting of tank from inside with rubber paint after properly desmantling each assembly and refixing the same as required.
