Dence Grade Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0% (min) for grading I and 4.5% (min) for grading -2 by weight of total mix and filler (Cement/hydraded lime/rock dust) as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per 500-11 and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site, etc as per direction of Eng-in-Charge and to achieve desire compaction as per MORT&H's specification clause 505.3.5 complete in all respect. Mastic asphalt Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing ccourse with approved grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 50039, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface , including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fined grained hard stone chiping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum/m2 and at an approximate spacin of 10 cm centre to centre in both direction , pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100 C , protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 ( Ref to MORT&H's specification clause 516 along with IRC :107 ) VG-40 Bitumen With Pakur Variety Stone.

Road Marking Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms/m2 area ,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes (Ref. tp MORT&H's specification 803).
