M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25 x 4mm (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS TMT bars 8mm dia 100mm c/c both ways as in reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20 mm dia for watering, GI wire mesh complete all as specified and directed and necessary testing on completion.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground [ earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level ] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 20 mm X 3 mm copper Strip [Earth Lead] and GI Pipe 40 mm, light grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Chamber with RCC[1:2:4, Type B1] Cover of 40mm thick,renforced with reinforced MS TMT bars 8mm dia 100mm c/c both ways, MS Funnel, 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation etc complete all as specified and as directed and necessary testing on completion.

S & F in repairs Earth Continuity Conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised Iron Strip of size 25 X 4 mm, fixed to walls on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe for loop earthing etc as required 20 x 3 mm copper strip with necessary insulator and saddles complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe for loop earthing etc as required 32 x 6 mm Galvanised Iron Strip with necessary insulator and saddles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing broken PCC earth chambers of any description and providing earth chamber of size 700 mm x 700mm (External size) with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work as shown in electrical plate No. 3 on serial page No. 497 of SSR Part I 2009, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Replacement of broken earth chamber cover by providing RCC cover of 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 550mmx550mmx40mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia MS TMT bars @100 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Funnel with wire mesh on existing 40mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Funnel with wire mesh on existing 20 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75mm X 75mm X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance of existing earthing by cleaning the earth chamber funnel and adding adequate water with 20Kg salt complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Single Pointed Air Termination Aluminium Rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, fixed on over head reservoirs for Lighting Protection with necessary connections to earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.
