Day to day cleaning of GM Office and AFM Office under GM Unit, Barka Sayal Area. (for a period of two years)

Item Description/ Heading

Brooming and cleaning of all roads in colony and within the premises of service buildings and other places as required with all tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning all type of roofs including of dry leaves, weedings, and cleaning dram holes, brooming etc all complete with tools & tackles and stacking the garbages at specified place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck, sludge through trolley or other arrangement at a specified place (in no case it should be kept on drain bank) within a lead of 1 KM with all tolls and tackles complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Upto 300 mm wide drain.

Cleaning, mopping and washing of floor of Hospital building other places neatily with detergent bleaching powder etc. all complete with tools and tackles and consumable to make the floor clean hygenic as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of toilet ( Floor area upto 8sqm ) cleaning of dado, skirting ( WC Pan Indian type/Western type ) wash basin, urinals glass shelf mirror and other fittings, including any other wash basin outside the toilet by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodrants, phenyle etc to make the toilet clean and hygenic all complete with tools tackles & consumable as per instruction of EIC

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour: 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long weighing not less than 88 gms.

Providing and fixing PVC low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete 10 litres capacity - White.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: External work: 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type): Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580mmx440mm

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32mm dia. C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions : 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin includingP.V.C. waste fittings complete. 32 mm dia

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Supplying labours, tools and tackles for cleaning filled and choaked man hole, septic tank, inspection-chamber, gullay pits, sewerage tank etc. in all lift and disposal of spoils upto a lead of 50M all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade . New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ILO 0 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sarM

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. (CCL SOR 12.8 )

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, oneflange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm eachhaving lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in adirection perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clipsmade out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, includingfixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with thehelp of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section andperimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered andsquare edges of the board with recomme-nded jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mmon both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as permanufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openingsfor light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeterchannels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification anddirection of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Steel work in riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
