[OD] - Supply and fixing with aluminium roofing sheet / side clading sheet with approved quality & colour fixed withsuitable size Zinc phosphated galvanised and polymer coated J or L bolts With washer including necessarty overlap of 150mm at ends including conveyance of all materials ,conveyance of materials, loading & unloading charges ,all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, etc complete as per standard specification.

[13.52]- Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat,preparation of surface, etc. complete. [13.52.1] - On steel work Note:- Detailed specification Painting the newly erected steel structural work such as MS angle, channels, joist plates , flats etc. of columns trusses, purlin tie, bracing, VG clamps etc. at all height & levels with two coat of enamel paint (.first coat apply after all fabrication and second coat apply after erection), including all labour charges conveyance of all materials hire charge for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding etc. covering the machineries inside the building with tarpaulins while carrying out the works, complete as per standard specification

[26.69]-Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level [26.69.1] - Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Note:- Detailed specification Cement block Masonry using good cement blocks for Superstructures (above 5.0 M) in cement mortar 1:6 The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, loading-unloading charges, curing etc complete as per standard specification.

[13.8]15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix [13.8.2] -1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) Note:- Detailed specification Plastering with cm 1:4, 15mm thick one coat at all heights (Up to 5m) and levels floated hard and trowelled smooth including all cost and conveyance of materials, and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc complete as per standard specification

[15.18]- Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead Note:- Detailed specification Dismantling and removing steel structures such as MS angles, channels, plates, Beam etc of columns trusses, purlin, side cladding, etc at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures Including providing temperary supports for the structure at dismantled portion and nearby structures lowering the dismantled items carefully and staking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding (incuding hire charges and labour charges for Scaffolding) etc complete as per standard specification.

[15.28] - Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead [15.28.2] - Asbestos Cement sheet Note:- Detailed specification Dismantling roofing with AC corrugated Roofing / side clading, Vally gutters, ridges etc all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Polycarbonate fully corrugated sheet clear / UV stalised diffuser type having minimum thickness 1.80 mm with width of 1050 mm & length of 3 .00 m to suit with fully corrugated asbestos cement roofing sheet for roof & side cladding fixed with suitable size Zinc phosphate galvanised and polymer coated J or L bolts With washer and with necessary overlap of 150mm at ends including cost & conveyance of all materials , loading & unloading charges ,all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, dismantling and removing existing damaged roof/ side cladding sheets, etc. complete as per standard specification. (Polycarbonate sheet make Lotus or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing Turbine air wind ventilators 600mm throat dia with FRP / poly carbonite base and base with SS or Aluminium for roof & fixed with suitable size Zinc phosphated galvanised and polymer coated J or L bolts with washer and cap including cost & conveyance of all materials , loading & unloading charges ,all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, dismantling and removing existing roof sheets for fixing ventilators, etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fixing of Moulded / Pultruded FRP grattings panel using isophthailic fire retardent grade resin, grattings should be square mesh size 35-50mm height / depth 35- 50mm rib thickness 5-8 mm with necessary accessories like ss clamps with nuts & bolts of panel size 1000mm x 1000 mm including cost and conveyance of materials, loading unloading charges, hire charges for tools & plants, dismantling and removing damaged grattings , making nearest structures to suit for fixing new grattings, etc.complete as per standard specifications
