Cutting channel of 43 mm x 43 mm size on masonry wall incl. S&F heavy gauge polythene pipe dia as stated below, by means of iron hooks and supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire incl. mending good damages to building works. -- 25 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire [ 4(a)/E-2 ]

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [ Precision Make] on wall,ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works.-- 25 mm. size [ 7(b)/E-16 ]

SUB HEAD 4 -- FIXING OF LIGHT FITTINGS Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire as per GS. -- [ 17/C-2 ]

Fixing only single/twin florescent light fitting complete with all accessories Directly on wall/ceiling with HW block and suitable size MS fastener, Ceiling plate, nipples etc. as required. [ 14(d)/C-2 ]

SUB HEAD 5 -- SUPPLY OF LIGHT FITTINGS Supply & Delivery of Single LED fitting (20 Watt, 230V AC, 50 Hz, 5700-6500K CDL, THD < 10%, built in 2.5 KV SPD) with all accessories and 1 no. polycarbonate LED Tuube light as directed by EIC, Luminious efficacy > 105 & <120 Lumen/watt. The LED luminaves & accessories shall have BEE certification. (Make- Philips/Crompton/Wipro)

Supply & Delivery of Double LED fitting (20 Watt, 230V AC, 50 Hz, 5700-6500K CDL, THD < 10%, built in 2.5 KV SPD) with all accessories and 2 nos. polycarbonate LED Tuube light as directed by EIC, Luminious efficacy > 105 & <120 Lumen/watt. SUB HEAD 6 -- FIXING OF FANS Supplying & Fixing MS fan clam of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages as per GS.-- [ 29/D-14 ]

Supply & Fixing Socket type fan regulator (Step type) (Brand approved by EIC) on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite/perspex top cover by screw as per GS.-- [ 18/(a)/E-6 ]

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire. [ 21/(a)/C-3 ]

Supply & Fixing of Down for ceiling fan of required length (14 SWG) from Fan clamp to body with necessary arrangements of nuts, bolts and washers etc. as required as per the direction of EIC. [ NS ]

Extra for supplying additional wire for down rod & painting the rod exceeding 30 cm by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire. [ 21/(b)/C-3 ]

Fixing only cabin fan on wall/ceiling by S&F rag bolts, nuts & washers (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) or as reqd. incl. S&F 24/0.20 PVC insulated flexible copper wire 0.5 mt. length. [ 29/C-4 ]

SUB HEAD 7 -- SUPPLY OF FANS Supply of ceiling fans complete with all accessories having the following Model / Cat No. [ Make - Crompton Greaves/USHA/Orient ] 1200 mm Sweep AC Ceiling Fan, Colour - White, with safety wire & PS 2 Capacitors. [ NS ]

Supply & Delivery of 220-240 Volt AC, 50 Hz, 1-Phase [ Make :- Crompton, Model - SSTORM2 PLUS WF/USHA/Orient, Full Metal Body type, Sweep 450 mm Colour - Black Chrome ] Wall Mounting Fan. [ NS ]

SUB HEAD 8 -- MISCELENEOUS Dismantalling of the existing old electrical wiring from existing old MCBDBs, dismantling of existing damaged light fittings - fixtures, ceiling fans etc. as per the scope of site situation as per the direction of EIC. [ NS ]

Making holes on RCC ceiling 125 mm depth having dia of following sizes :125 mm depth, 50 mm dia [ 9(b)/E-3 ]

Additional charges for cutting the RCC Road and mending good the damages as to original finish after laying the cable through the existing GI Pipe protection as per size given below -- Average depth of 100 mm [ 5(iii)/F-3 ]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. -- 40 mm dia [ 11(c)/F-6 ]

SUB HEAD 9 -- EARTHING Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil [ 1(a)/G-1 ]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI - Medium GI Pipe [ 2(a)/ G-1 ]

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall as per GS. [ 4(b)/G-2 ]

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. Solid G.I. wire -- No. 4 SWG GI wire. [ 5(a)/(i)/G-2 ]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [ 5(c)/G-3 ]

PART -- B ( S.I.T.C. WORK OF AC MACHINE ) Supply & Delivery of High-wall Split-type Air-Conditioner having following specification: Cooling Capacity-6.5 kW (Minimum) Minimum ISEER 3.8, BEE level 3-Star(min)[1st July22 to 31st December 2025] IS Compliance-IS-1391(Part-1 & Part-11) with all amendment Refrigerant R410A/R32 Compressor-Rotary/Scroll Evaporator & Condenser Coil - Copper Operating outdoor temperature - 48°C and above Air Flow: 800 CFM (Minimum) Power supply -230V, 50Hz (±tolerance asper applicable standard), as directed by EIC. The scope of work is also includes supply and fixing of the following: (i) Necessary refrigeration copper line with nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape-3 mtr (ii) Necessary 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type make: Finolex/RR Kable/Polycab/Havells/Gloster) 3mtr and 230V. 25A, 3pin plug top with indicator (Anchor/North West/Legrand/Havells) Make: General/Daikin/Mitsubishi Electric/Blue Star/Voltas/Carrier]

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of above HI Wall Split AC machine after making hole in wall etc. as per direction of EIC including supply of required Refrigant, S & F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor and 40 x 40 x 5 mm. MS angle iron frame for outdoor unit ( or arrangement recomended by Manufacturer ), duly painted, laying and making connection of refrigeration pipe, power cable, drain pipe etc. as per direction of EIC. [ NS ]

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. For complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) Supply & Fixing of extra Refrigerant pipe (as requisite dia) with nitrite rubber insulation and wrapping tape (each mtr. Refrigerant pipe will include cost of 1 meter liquid pipe line and 1 mtr. gas pipe line of required dia and other accessories as required). [ NS ]

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. For complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) 2.5 sqmm, 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type, Make - Polycab/Finolex/RR Kabel). [ NS ]

Supply & Laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain pipe 19 mm. dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction of EIC. (Make - Suprime/Oriplast). [ NS ]
