BOQ PARTICULARS

PART - I

Supplying of 4TR AC, 3Star capacity, 3Ph floor standing AC unit, cooling unit located inside & air cooled condenser unit located outside including standard accessories such as remote, cable, copper pipes, redolex insulation, wrapping tape, compressor hermetically sealed scroll type.

Supplying of suction and discharge copper pipes with redoflex insulation, wrapping tape etc. complete.

Supplying of ¾” heavy duty PVC drain pipe with elbows/Tee/ bend/ saddles etc complete as required to site condition.

Supplying and drawing 4C x 4 sqmm flexible copper cable & terminations.

Installation, testing & commissioning of AC units using required hardware and supplying of required items complete.

PART - II

Supplying of LT UG cable having Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated, sheathed, Galvanized, Steel wire, Steel tape armoured cable 1.1 KV class

i) 3.5C x 400 sq. mm

ii) 4C x 16 Sq. mm

Labour charges for laying of 3.5C x 400 sq.mm cable and 4c x 16 Sq mm cable in existing trench GI pipe/ stoneware pipe/ on wall/ on pole as required.

Digging of trench for laying of LT cables and refill the trench, in some places pavor blocks, concrete & asphalt whenever removed, refixed the pavor blocks, reconcrete /asphalt the road in hard soil 0.6m deep x 0.5m wide (Hard soil).

Providing and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150mm all-round the cable.

Supplying and laying of semi circular RCCC cut pipe of 150mm dia, 25mm thickness and 1 meter Length.

Supplying and making straight through heat shrink type cable joint kit with including ferrules and other jointing materials for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed steel tape, wire armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade of size 3.5C x 400 sq.mm

Supplying Aluminium Lugs & crimping and wiring to terminal point of wire of following sizes -400 sq.mm long barrel.

Supplying Aluminium Lugs & crimping and wiring to terminal point of wire of following sizes -185 sq.mm long barrel.

Supply and installation / fixing/ provision of out door type thermoplastic modular panel enclosure with transparent polycarbonate lid, shock proof, IP65 (weather proof), rust proof, dust proof, water proof, corrosion proof having internally embedded gasket on both lid and flap suitable to fix single phase/three phase energy meter in suitable base plate and having a provision for fuse/MCB cut out with suitable transparent hinged flap opening for operating MCB along with complete tamper proff SEALING facility 600x600x170mm.

Supplying and fixing moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) over the existing wood/panel board using necessary screws, bolts, nuts and wiring complete. Protection of over load and short circuit with thermal magnetic/ micro processor release and earth faults as per IS -13947 4 POLE, 250AMPS, 35KA

Supplying and fixing miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and ‘C’ type curve, indicator ON/OFF, energy cross-3 with short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60898 32AMPS TPN

Supplying and fixing and wiring 100/5A , 5VA burden Current transformer class-I, accuracy with tape wound LT operation.

Supplying and fixing TVM suitable for LT operation & CT operated meter in polycarbonate body in class - 0.5 as per IS 14697 and completely wired with suitable wooden board (Energy meter with cubicle).

Supplying and fixing 2mm thick perforated cable tray with powder coated paint on existing MS angle support using necessary GI bolts/Nuts and washer or welding as required 150x50mm
