Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing from site and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors and aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding/roof kerb/sunken floor etc.) including tarfelt, plaster etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof of any thickness.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement complete all as specified. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of non accessible roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with plain polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 300 gm/sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.20 litre/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of accessible roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with plain polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 300 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20-22 mm thick conforming to IS-1237-1980 with 5 mm thick top wearing layer, with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete/sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on floor and vertical side of sunken floor of stone/brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.36 sqm but n. exc. 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for glazed ceramic high lighter tiles, coloured, 450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone/brick or concrete surfaces.

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated toilet paper holder fixed with chromium plated screw and PVC cleat fixed etc. complete all as specified and directed as per Cat part No. ACN-1153N of Make-Jaquar or techno commercially equivalent of any make specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick with minimum size 550x550 mm in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone/brick or concrete surfaces and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx22-25 mm thick conforming to IS-1237-1980, ISI marked, with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick granite (Black/Red or as directed) work (table rubbed and polished) in single piece, in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection. Concrete shall be laid in alternate bays n.exc 3 m in length finished fair and even including provision of joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep along the wall and bays filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforcement bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm thick in two coats, using polymer SBR Latex or equivalent as approved @ 5 Ltrs per 50 Kg bag of cement complete all as per manufacturer's Specifications/instructions and as directed. Note :- New reinforcement (Welded wire fabric) shall be measured and paid separately) Make : Dr. Fixit/Sunanda/chemestik/Fosroc

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each and removing from site.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening after easing and adjusting or cutting and necessary repair.

Taking down steel windows/ventilators with frame (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sqm each complete with guard bars and removing from site.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for form work to flat, rough finished surfaces of concrete of fins, louvers, facias, parapets and railings exc. 60 cm in height, newels, balustrade and the like.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in fins, facias, louvers, parapets, and railings exc. 60 cm in height and the like.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old size brick well burnt laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, of size 40 mm bore.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts, filling back of chowkats, repair of road cutting etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Note:- Cutting chases in walls/floors/ceilings wherever required for electric work shall be deemed to be included in respective item of Schedule ‘A’.
