Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window above 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVCextruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle onone side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi pointlocking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powdercoated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainlesssteel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weightbearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixingframe to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profileof frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners,including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shallbe filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of requiredsize and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Providing weld mesh enclosures made out of M.S'L'angles of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for outer frame, M.S.'T section of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for central vertical mullion and fixing the 6 G x 10 G weld mesh with openings of size 75mm x 25mm to the frame by using M.S. flat of size 25 x 5mm by means of M.S. bolts and nuts including fixing the frame in position by making holes in walls / R.C.C. fin walls and making good the same and finishing smooth etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:5) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for internal surfaces of brick walls and contigeous RCC surfaces.

Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with 1 coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.
