PART-I:- Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, fan & socket point/ power point , fans, geysers, etc. complete including light fiitings any type, switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose, switch board, bell/buzzer, bell push, tube light fitting, regulator etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor etc. to match with existing surfaces including white wash/ colour wash/ distempering to match with existing wall/ floor/ ceiling finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring any type and any size and making good disturbed surface by using cement mortar, white cement, putty etc and match with existing surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified as directed.

Taking down Main switch/DB of any type/size complete with all accessories, complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for Point wiring for one light controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) in and including PVC concealed conduit with sunken box suitable for modular switches and sockets , including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly alongwith modular cover plate (inner & outer ) complete all as specified and directed. Disconnection and taking down any type any watt tube light fitting cleaning repair overhauling including replacement of worn out accessories to make it fully functional and re-fixing on existing location, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Accessories will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items as considered herein after.)

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified as directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified as directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables, 8cm thick layer before laying and testing the cable and 15cm thick after laying and testing of the cable in trenches complete all as specified in Clause 19.75 of MES SSR 2009 Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 1, flat size 250mm x 150 mm x 40 mm thick, complete all as specified as directed.
