Taking down carefully street light fittings of any make and capacity, opening for examination & for replacement of unserviceable spare part and refixing the same in position after necessary repairing of at the same / other location, including any UG cable fault it will be rectified or replaced accordingly and necessary T & P like ladder / Boom Vehicle, tools etc as required for taking down & refixing of Street light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note for Item No 01 to 07:- Necessary T & P like ladder / Boom Vehicle, tools etc as required for taking down & fixing of Street light / flood light fitting shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost of department.

Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying of cables and erecting of poles and getting out in any soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc, aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note for item No 15 to 17:- Earthwork, sand cushion, cable cover will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable thickness as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note: for measurement purpose any punned thickness of sand will be considered.)

Taking out old PCC cable cover of any type / any size from trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Laying only PCC cable cover for LT UG cable, of any description retrieved from item No.18 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & lay ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. S & F cross arms, bracings, supports clamps, angle iron, and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicating or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of approved paint including removing the existing rusted/pitted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for replacement of 1HP capacity electric motor of high mast light crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of RCC street light pole 9 meter long above coping including cross arm etc and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint as per the existing colour or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for service bracket and MS clamps of light fittings including numbering of poles in white paint over the black base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.5 mtr above ground level (in white and black strips or colour as directed by Engineer-In-Charge of 30 cm each) and 2 coat of aluminium paint above 1.5 mtr height including cross arms, bracing , clamps GI pipe fittings etc complete after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos with white/black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Bollard garden light fitting with base plate and necessary foundation and connected electric connections and PCC work complete and IP 65 / IK 10 bollard as per cat part No BCP150 LED150/WW PSU 220-240 V 7043 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
