Supply and Installation of Kitchen Hood of size 1900mm x 450mm x 900mm (L x Wx H), made of 304 stainless steel (SS) sheet, minimum 22G thick, designed to capture and exhaust smoke, fumes, and heat from cooking appliances. The hood shall be wall-mounted, with a sloped or tapered design for efficient capture and easy cleaning. The hood shall include removable baffle filters of SS for grease collection, and flanged connections for exhaust ducting. All edges shall be hemmed and rounded for safety, and the surface shall have a mirror finish. The hood shall be supported on a rigid frame with necessary supports.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a cabinet type exhaust fan, double-skin construction made of powder-coated galvanized steel sheet with 25 mm thick acoustic insulation, consisting of a direct-driven backward-curved centrifugal impeller made of aluminum/galvanized steel, dynamically balanced for low noise and high efficiency. The fan shall be complete with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 230V, single phase, 50 Hz supply, and designed to deliver 6000 CFM and having 30-40mm static pressure. Supply, fabrication and installation of Galvanized Iron (GI) Ducting fabricated from the following gauge sizes from galvanized steel sheet conforming to SMACNA standards. The duct shall be of rectangular section with rigid flanged construction for easy assembly and airtight joints. All joints shall be sealed with approved sealant to prevent air leakage and supported at regular intervals as per standard design practices. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Volume Control Damper (VCD) fabricated from heavy gauge galvanized steel sheet of minimum 1.2 mm thickness, complete with opposed blade arrangement for uniform air distribution and precise airflow control. The damper blades shall be rigidly connected through a gear or linkage mechanism ensuring smooth operation and minimal leakage. Each damper shall be provided with a operating handle for manual operation. The VCD shall be suitable for installation in rectangular ducts as per site conditions and capable of withstanding the system pressure without vibration or noise. The entire assembly shall be galvanized for corrosion resistance. The damper shall be air-tight with a leakage rate conforming to AMCA standards.

Supply and installation of Fresh Air Grills of size 300mm x 100mm made of high-quality extruded aluminum with a powder-coated finish, suitable for mounting on the kitchen fresh air duct. The grill shall be of fixed horizontal blade type, designed to provide uniform air distribution and low pressure drop, ensuring effective supply of fresh air along with collar damper. The frame shall be fabricated from a minimum 1.2 mm thick aluminum section with neatly mitered corners for rigidity and clean appearance. The rear side shall be provided with an SS or aluminum mesh screen to prevent entry of insects or debris. The grill shall be securely fixed to the duct using concealed screws and properly sealed to prevent air leakage.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a wall-mounted starter panel (common for exhaust and fresh air) for three-phase motors, suitable for 415V, three phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The panel shall be made of powder-coated sheet steel, with a front-access hinged door and lock. It shall be equipped with a DOL starter, MCB, overload relay, and ON/OFF push buttons for safe motor operation. The panel shall provide protection against overload, short-circuit, and earth faults and be installed with proper earthing.

Charges for dismantling the existing exhaust and fresh air equipment along with associated ducts and shifting the removed materials to the basement floor.

Entire Civil works including ceiling cutting, wall breaking, cutting, chipping, closing and final finishing works.

Supply and installation of Bird/Insect Screen for Fresh air and Exhaust air ducts, made of 304 stainless steel wire mesh with a minimum mesh size of 1–2 mm to prevent entry of birds, insects, and debris. The mesh shall be fixed in a rigid aluminum or galvanized steel frame suitable for mounting at duct openings, fresh air intakes, or exhaust outlets. The screen shall be securely fixed to the duct, with edges sealed to prevent gaps, and designed for easy removal for cleaning and maintenance.

Supply and installation of Flexible Canvas Connector for duct connections to fans or equipment, made of durable fire-retardant fabric reinforced with aluminum or galvanized steel wire rings at both ends. The connector shall be designed to absorb vibration and noise, prevent transmission to ductwork, and accommodate slight misalignment between fan and duct. The canvas connector shall be sized to match the duct and fan flange dimensions, with clamps or bolts provided for secure attachment. The material shall be heat-resistant and washable, suitable for continuous operation in exhaust or supply air applications.

Charges for AMC and servicing the installed exhaust units, fresh air units and kitchen hoods including ducts once in every 3 months for a period of 2 years

Supply and Installation of 19mm thick thermal insulation made of class O closed cell nitrile rubber insulation with aluminium foil the outer side for supply ducts. The insulation shall provide excellent thermal resistance, prevent condensation and maintain energy efficiency under varying environmental conditions. The class O nitrile rubber shall meet all relevant fire resistance and performance standards. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading and shifting.
