Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, jumper blasting work, blasting work (soft and hard rock) conglomerate rock including/ chiseling wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited), saturated soil and their intermediate classification of soil including ramming and de-watering where required as per the geometrics, grades and levels shown on the drawings, including clearing of jungles uprooting of trees, vegetation, grass wood trees and sapling of all girth upto any heights/depths and removal of rubbish up to any distance outside the periphery of the area including staking the useful material at site and disposal of all unserviceable materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts. Any loss to public or private property during the course of execution shall be the responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases to the extent of the damages occurred as directed or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering and disposal of all surplus excavated earth, up to all leads, lifts and through all modes of transportation, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering /dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering /dewatering including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto any lead and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty millimetre into thirty millimetre into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals in:-

Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto any thickness upto all height.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Precast concrete block masonry in partition wall 10cm (ten centimetre) thick with solid blocks of approved size including quoin blocks, jamb blocks, closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) and down gauge in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) in all floors including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing door frame single rebate fabricated from sections roll formed out of 1.2mm (one point two millimetre) thick galvanized steel (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120gms/sq.mtr. (one hundred twenty grams per square metre). The overall size of the section should be 80x50mm & 105x60mm (eighty into fifty millimetre & one hundred five into sixty millimetre) with rebate of 37mm (thirty seven millimetre) for shutter. The frame section should be cut to length and meter joined with corner brackets made of CRCA electroplated. The frame should be provided with (a) 3 (three) Nos. of M.S powder coated 4" Butt hinges of 2mm (two millimetre) thickness welded to the frame. (b) 6 (six) Nos of 1.2 mm (one point two millimetre) thick CRCA electroplated stiffeners should be welded to frame. (c) 6 (six) Nos of 8" M.S hold fasts with split end tail welded to stiffener plates. (d) On no. altrop receiver. (e) Each frame should be provided with 25x50mm (twenty five into fifty millimetre) tie rod at bottom. All welded places should be treated with protective coat of zinc rich primer. The entire frame should be provided with a coat of etched primer complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Eco 5000 (five thousand) series windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated/powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 "D" quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/sq.mtr.) (one hundred twenty grams per square metre) with total coated thickness of 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre). Coated sections should be with primer coat of Epoxy primer of 5-7 (five-seven) microns thick, finish painted with polyester paint of 12-16 (twelve –sixteen) microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 five-seven) microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder up to 50-60 (fifty – sixty) microns thick. Section for frame should be of 98 x50mm (ninety eight into fifty millimetre), section for mullion should be of 46x70mm (forty six into seventy millimetre), section for shutter frame should be of 46x46mm (forty six into forty six millimetre), section for fixed glass bead should be of 18 x 25mm (eighteen into twenty five millimetre) and section for fly mesh shutter frame should be of 20x40mm (twenty into forty millimetre). Frame and mesh shutter section should be cut to length and metre joined with corner bracket made of polypropylene. Glass shutter should be metre joined with corner brackets made of CRCA electroplated. Mullion section should be jointed with frame/mullion using Nylon Mullion cap ethyl propylene diamine monomer (EPDM) gasket should be used all around glass in shutter between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass. Rubber gasket should be used around fly mesh to fix mesh in mesh shutter. Each glazed shutters should be provided with MS Powder coated friction hings-one set, high grade aluminum Powder coated handles -1 NO. Each mesh shutters should be provided with S.S. Pivot hings-1 set, Seccolor make Handle shall be provided per shutter, window frame should be fixed to brick/concrete masonry by using nylon self expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm (eighteen millimetre) long screws into the caps through frames complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire mesh shutter should be provided with a stainless steel 32 (thirty two) gauge fly mesh of 304 (three hundred four) grades with 144 (one hundred forty four) holes per square inch. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing glazing with glass panes of 4mm (four millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) complete as per specificaton and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
