   While quoting the tenderer shall submit the following details for technical scrutiny of the offers: 1) Past performance of the offered material in Indian railways passenger coaches/International railways or aircrafts or ships in similar applications. Credentials and performance of the product is required through OEM. 2)Technical and safety data sheet of the offered product. 3)Clause-wise comments on the specification including test certificate for the parameters specified. 4)Test certificates for five properties shall be required from the reputed labs like LAPL, crepim, Exova, DNV, TUV, NORD. Warrington fore or any other lab of international reputation having requisite accreditation for carrying out these tests according to EN ISO/IEC 17025. In absence any of the above details for the offered product the offer would not be considered

   1. Validity of offer: No deviation is permitted for validity of offer. The bid having validity less than that stipulated in tender (to be reckoned from closing date of tender) shall be deemed as commercially unresponsive and is liable to be rejected.
