REPAIR TO WOODEN CHAIR, SOFA SET AND BED HARD WOODEN UNDER GE WEST BAREILLY

Bed hard, FD-245/246:- M&L for repair/replacement of following parts of Bed hard ply top all as specified and shown on drawings. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specifications and as directed.

(a) Replacement of unserviceable ply wood both sides of head rest with 3.5 to 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak faced matching with the shade of existed of ply The ply wood shall be confirming to ISI as approved, 12 mm thick half cut TW beading including provision for MNF set with brass screw round head 25 mm long to be provided. Make : Kitply/Century/Archid/Green ply

(b) All as per item no (a ) above but foot rest.

(c) Replacement of unserviceable long rail with 1st class well seasoned H/W Shisham wood of required shape & size as per drawing.

(d) Taking down the existing unserviceable broken legs of head/foot rest and S&F new legs of Ist class shisham hard wood.

(e) Taking down the existing unserviceable head rest (including legs) of Bed Hard and S&F new head rest complete made of Ist class shisham wood.

(f) All as per item no (e ) above but foot rest.

(g) Taking down existing unserviceable ply top from the Bed Hard and S&F new ply top suitable to the bed, 12 mm thick,ISI marked BWR grade,Make: Kit Ply/Century/Archid/Green Ply complete all as specified and directed.

(h) Replacement of unserviceable stiffener made of 1st class hard wood (SAL) of size 40 x 60 mm of required size/length.

(j) Preparation of surfaces of Bed hard by applying one sealer coat as required to match the surfaces of existed & replaced parts & and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of french/sprit polish on exposed surface to achieve glossy finish as approved and directed by E-in-Charge.

Sofa set 2/3/4/5 seater, FD-281& TP:- M&L for repair/replacement of following parts of Sofa sets 2/3/4/5 seater all as specified and shown on drawings. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specifications and as directed.

(a) Removing old broken/unserviceable legs from sofa set 2/3/4 seater and S&F new legs made of Ist class hard wood Shisham/Teak wood as required.

(b) Removing old broken/unserviceable arm from sofa set 2/3/4 seater and S&F new Arms made of Ist class hard wood Shisham/Teak wood as required.

(c) Removing old broken/unserviceable rails from sofa set single seater and S&F new rails made of Ist class hard wood (shisham/Teak) wood as reqd.

(d) Removing old broken/unserviceable rails from sofa set three pcs combined of five seater and S&F new rails made of Ist class hard wood Shisham/Teak wood as reqd.

(e) Removing old broken/unserviceable wooden bearer from sofa set 2/3/4 seater and S&F new Bearer made of Ist class hard wood shisham/teak wood as reqd.

(f) Removing old broken/unserviceable rails of Back Frame from sofa set four/ five seater and S&F new Back Frame made of Ist class hard wood (shisham/Teak wood as reqd.

(g) Removing old broken/unserviceable Batten from sofa sets four/ five seater and S&F new Batten made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) as per shape and size shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.

(h) Removing old broken/unserviceable plywood from seat/back sofa sets single seater and S&F new plywood 12 mm thick,ISI marked BWR grade as per shape and size shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.Make : Century/Kit ply/Archid/Green ply

(i) All as per itme no (h) above but sofa set 3 seater.

(j) Replacement of Old & unhygenic upholstery of complete sofa 2 seater with new upholstery as specified in drg & directed .The cost of upholstery not to be less than Rs 499/mtr as approved.

(k). All as per item no (i) above but sofa set 3 seater.

(l). All as per item no (i) above but sofa set 4 seater.

(m) Removing of old cushion of size 21 x 22 inchs 100mm thick from sofa set and replacing foam cushion of sofa set five seater with new PU foam cushion of 40 density and cushion shall be covered with cotton tapesty cloth of range not less than Rs.290.00 per meter, colour, shade and quality of tapesty shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. (Make of foam:-Sleepwell/Curlon/featherfoam)

(n) Preparation of surfaces of sofa set 5 seater by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of french/sprit polish on exposed surface to achieve high glossy finish, complete all as directed.

(o) Preparation of surfaces by coarse sand paper/grinder of sofa set 2 seater and applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish on exposed surface to achieve high glossy finish, complete all as directed.

(p) All as per itme no (m) above but sofa 3 seater. .

(q) All as per itme no (m) above but sofa 4 seater. .

Chair Easy Sofa type, HFD-2043

(a)Replacement of Old & unhygenic upholstery of complete chair with new upholstery as specified in drg & directed .The cost of upholstery not to be less than Rs 250/mtr as approved.

(b) M& L for sprit polishing to the exposed surfaces of complete chair as per trade practice and as directed upto high glossy finish achieved.

Chair Dining, FD-280:- M&L for repair/replacement of following unserviceable parts of Chair dinning with 1st class hard wood (Teak/Shisham wood as required in the chair) of required size and shape all as specified and shown on drawing. Fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and as directed :-

(a) Rear legs

(b) Front legs

(c )Side rail with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(d) Front/Rear rail with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(e ) Stiffener

(f) Back rest

(g) Replacement of unserviceable rubber ring with hard rubber ring of approved quality. Fixing shall be done in accordance with drawing.

(h) Tightening of wooden frame with the support of bamboo pins and fevicol as per trade practice all as directed and racanning the chair with plastic cane white of half round of approved quality 2 mm wide for canning and 3 mm wide for edging the canning shall be done as per godrej pattern.

(i )Cleaning the old and replaced new wooden surfaces of chair dinning thoroughly by using different type of abrasive cloth emery and putty as required as per trade practice. Preparation of sufaces of chair dining by applying one sealer coat and making the surfaces plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of sprit/ french polish on exposed sufaces to achieve high glossy finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Chair Writing, FD-229, M&L for repair/replacement of following unserviceable parts of Chair Writing with 1st class hard wood (Teak/Shisham wood as required in the chair) of required size and shape all as specified and shown on drawing. Fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and as directed :-

(a) Rear leg

(b) Front Leg

(c ) Side rail with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(d) Front/Rear rail with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(e ) Stiffener

(f) Back stiffener

(g) Arm rest

(h) Replacement of unserviceable rubber ring with hard rubber ring of approved quality. Fixing shall be done in accordance with drawing.

(i )Tightening of wooden frame with the support of bamboo pins and fevicol as per trade practice all as directed and racanning the chair with plastic cane white of half round of approved quality 2 mm wide for canning and 3 mm wide for edging the canning shall be done as per godrej pattern.

Fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and as directed :-

(a) Rear legs

(b) Front legs

(c )Side rail of seat frame with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(d) Front and rear rail of seat frame with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(e ) Side rails of back frame with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(f) Top and bottom rails of back frame 3with provision of 3 mm holes for canning @ 12.5 mm c/c.

(g) Arm rest

(h) Support/Stiffner of front and rear leg

(i ) Replacement of unserviceable rubber ring with hard rubber ring of approved quality. Fixing shall be done in accordance with drawing.
