Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise specified for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes, soil, waste and rain water pipes etc (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, in trenches or floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Reinforced Cement Concrete pipes 150mm dia, class NP-2, laid & jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint, over and including a coat of chalk whiting all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm graded stone aggre) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 25 mm thick of any size, colour and pattern as approved by GE set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) pipe bends 75 mm dia provided with access door complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR), 75mm dia of floor trap, with grating including jointing with solvent cement inculding cutting out wall /concrete and finishing of surface to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) pipe bends 110 mm dia provided with access door complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) vent Cowl 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) P/S trap 125/110 mm bore inculding cutting out wall /concrete and finishing of surface to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm internal dia pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning/clearing of blocked under ground sewage lines of any bore, any description and in any position, Any depth, by taking out loose sediment sand, grit, ash, sludge, rags, fibres, vegetation etc by rodding/ any mechanical means, from one manhole to next manhole and washing throughout with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for opening & cleaning of blockage from kitchen /bath traps or WC any pattern by rodding or any other manual/mechanical means upto Ist manhole complete all as directed and by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of manhole of any description & size, any depth including lifting up and removing sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sludge sucker and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed and disposed off properly outside MD Land at his own cost.

Material & labour for removing of tree grown in brick masonry, behind CI pipe, parapets, shafts etc including removing root from wall by chiseling carefully without damaging the structure and making good by brick work in CM 1: 6 including toothing, bonding and plastering in cement mortar 1:4, and applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank/soakage well by removing sewage sludge, accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sewage/sludge sucker and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MD Land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material obtained above shall be located by the contractor himself at his own cost).

M&L for site clearance by cutting all bushes, shrubs, any type of vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed and removing to distance exc 500 metres but not exceeding 1.50 kilometre out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 36.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metres.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 500.00 metres but not exceeding 1500 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Material & labour for 50mm thick sand stone slab of any size as in manholes cover stone etc, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc and cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white and trap including connection to drain flush pipe and anti syphonage pipecomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs EWC seat cover PVC colour as approved by GE including all fitting arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level 10 ltrs capacity white, fixed with new brackets complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of flush pipe of polythene of low or high density or PVC 32mm for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs CP waste coupling 40/32 mm dia for steel sink / urinal with long shank and fly nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC Flexible waste pipe 40 mm dia with socket for steel sink upto floor level and length not less than 1.00 meter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restraining and resecuring barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured.)

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.20 to 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75 to 85 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured.)

Supply & fix galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg and opening length should be 8.0m) & fixed to angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire all as specified & as directed & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble (except stone), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron 40x6mm for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm dia mild steel Fe-290 (Fe-290, Grade E-165)/IS-432 Gde-I round bars in available lengths complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galavanized chain link fencing of 3.15 mm dia of wire and 100mm x100mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
