M&L for dismantling & taking out ceiling fan of any sweep from its position ceiling mounting hook rewinding of Ceiling fan 1200 mm/ 1400 mm sweep after opening complete motor assy, bearings, bushings, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing, bushings connector block, connection wire 3 core, assemble of rotor and stator unit with capacitor, connecting wire, capacitor pad, down rod, blades complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Transportation from building to complaint cell and further transportion to civil workshop outside ND (V) for rewinding and bring back after repair (if required) is inclusive of rate

M&L for Servicing of Ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep in situ after dismantling taking down from ceiling mounting hook, complete cleaning of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing / bushings, replacement bushings, connection wire, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, and refixing to original position with required new rubber bushings / mounting bolts and necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing of exhaust fan heavy duty 300/380/450 mm sweep normal / flame proof type in situ after dismantling taking down from its mounting position on wall at height 3 mtr to 9 mtr from floor, complete cleaning of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing and bushings, replacement of unsv , connection wires, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, checking for serviceability of all mounting brackets, foundation bolts and refixing to original position with required new rubber bushings / mounting bolts and necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6.00 above but for heavy duty exhaust fan 600 mm sweep

M&L for Servicing of air circulator/padastal fan heavy duty 300/400/450/600 mm sweep in situ after dismantling taking down from its mounting position on wall / steel or RCC column at height upto 3 mtr from floor level, complete cleaning of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing and bushings, replacement of unsv connection wires, regulator, oscilating mecanism, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, checking for serviceability of all mounting brackets, foundation bolts, protection grills and refixing to original position with required new rubber bushings / mounting bolts/clamps and necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Down Rod of ceiling fans 61cm to 91cm long including nuts, bolts, washers after dismantling taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Front & rear grill of air circulator and padastal fans for 600 mm sweep incl dismantling taking out old one.Make-Almonard or equivalent in orient complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting of ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 MM sweep including blade, canopy, down rod with one coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of heavy duty exhaust fan/wall fan / air circulator/pedestal fan 300 / 400 mm sweep including blade and frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of heavy duty Air circulator / padastal fan 400 / 450 / 600 mm sweep including blade, frame & stand with one coat of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey colour complete all as specified and as directed.
