Part A : Excavation for structure

Excavation for Structures:-Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and Technical specifications Clauses 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposing of surplus, un-serviceable Excavated earth as directed at site for safe disposal of same without damaging private/public property, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Dense or hard soil.

Part B: Protection Work

Polygonal/Random Rubble Masonry un coursed brought to course in cement mortar 1:5 (I cement :5 fine sand) in sub- structure / wing wall including (Clause 702, 703, 704, 802, 803) leveling up as specified level with M-10 nominal mix with size of stone aggregate 20mm nominal including cost of through/bond stones , including all leads, lifts, carriages, handling, and re-handling complete .

Dewatering from trenches complete job

Part C: Abutts and Deck Slab

Providing and laying of controlled reinforced cement concrete ( Design Mix) of M 30 grade using 20mm down aggregate in abutts foundation, abut shaft, return walls, dirt walls, abut jacketing, padestial, deck slabs, wheel guards etc. consolidated and cured complete (as per Clause 802, 803, 804 & 1203) Including providing and fixing of necessary form work / shuttering of steel plates / kit play etc wherever required.

Supplying , fitting and fixing in position of HYSD Bar reinforcement of Grade Fe 500D, in Superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specification (Clause 1002 and 1202) including cost and carriage of all material from approved source to site of work with with all leads, lifts, loadind, unloading, handling, rehandling and octori complete. (Finished work to be measured)

Providing and fixing in position of drainage pipe GI (75 MM) to be cast in position in deck slab for seating and fixing as per drawing and technical specification including cost of carriage of material from source to site with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, handling, rehandling and octori complete job.

Providing and fixing of MS Tubular Railing Pipes NB 40 mm to be primed and painted with two coats of primer and paint including cost of carraige, loading, unloading, handling, rehandling and octori complete job.

Providing and fixing of MCP 100 Channel including cost of material carriage from source to site with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, handling, rehandling and octori complete job as per drawing and technical specifications.

Part D: Super Structure

Dismatling and stacking of existing structure including disposal upto required/ safe ( upto 20 Km) distance. (Finished work to be measured complete job)

a) Providing steel R.S.Js/built up steel section including cutting, welding/ riveting , hoisting and fixing in position for composite girders with shear connectors complete with painting as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1205.6 b) Launching/erection of all bridge components at site of work in proper alignment as per drawing including cost of winch, crabs, cranes, chains pulley blocks, steel wire ropes, staging material, fixing of all nuts and bolts including its tightening etc. structural steel to confirm to IS 2062.(The design and drawing of the Super structure shall be provided by the contractor from any Govt. recognised/registrated designer/ consultancy duly vetted from any IIT/NIT).

Providing and installing in position of electrometric bearings at free ends of steel girders over abutment locations as per drawings which shall include the following: a) Cost of bearing assembly, transportation, erection and installation to level and position, provision for necessary pockets in pedestals lungs inserts as required and grouting of same as directed after installation. b) All necessary labour and material required for temporary supports and structure locking bearing in position during construction and releasing of the same on completion of units as required in the drawings. c) Providing of epoxy mortar for leveling and seating including application of two or more coats of protective anti-corrosive epoxy based paint on exposed steel sections of bearing assembly, greasing / lubrication of moving parts etc. as required on completion of installation. Including haulage of material

Part E: Road Furniture

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS Plate of 1.6mm thick. Top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm X 5m size on back edges. The lower plates duly welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2Nos. 75mm x 75m of SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade blocks 450mm x450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1

The Contractor has to quote the rates for Construction part without GST and GST @12% shall be added at the time of Allotment.
