Taking down old unserviiceable/burnt Submain wiring of any Sqmm / type any rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Taking down earthing plates including earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Modular concealed point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with multi stranded PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness as per manufacturer design with earth dolly and Grid,Crown and cover Plate for fixing of modular switches / sockets, fan regulators with captive screw including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of paris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.For one light, fan, call bell point, 5 amps Socket on Independent Board controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed Make of Cable : Havells/Polycab/Finolex Make of Modular Accesories: Havells ( Crabtree)/Anchor(Woods)/Legrand
