Providing and Placing in position of factory made precast RCC benches without back rest and hand rest and using Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 consisting of 2 No. rectanguler base support of size 450x100x600 mm having reinforcement of TMT bars of Fe 500,5 No.of 10mm dia bar for main reinforcement and 7.No of 8 mm dia bar for distribution for each support; Top slab 1500x500x75 mm size with cut out at all four corner by 75x75 mm and chamferred round on all top eadges casted with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone agreegate 12.5 mm normal size ) having TMT bars of Fe 500,5 number of 10 mm dia bar for longitudinal reinforcement and 11 number of bars of 8 mm dia for distribution The minimum weight of MS Reinforcement bar in the base support will 3.47 kg having 4 Nos. 8 mm dia M.S. Bar distributed properly; Each base support will have 3 Nos .12 mm dia coupling welded with reinforcement . The top slab to be fixed with nut and bolts of 100 mm long and 12 mm dia to the base support with eva and washer and panted with glossy finish with decorative epoxy paint in the required colour and Shade as directed by the enginer-in-charge on all sides of the top slab;The holes visibel on top of the slab will be sealed with cement mortar after assembling; Fixing the bench at the required location by Engineer-in-charge by inserting 150 mm thick of the support under the ground with required concreate 1:5:10(1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 stone aggregate 40 mm normail size).net height of the bench upto bottom of top slab should be available as 450 mm form the ground level complete as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of sign boards of 0.91 x 0.61m size with support length of 3000 mm. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Retro reflective sign boards made of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type – IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in green and silver white including subject matter, message (bilingual(, symbol and borders etc as per IRC: 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 And fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of m.s angle iron of size 35x35x5 mm and m.s flat of 25x5 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 nos. clamp of mls flats of size 25x5 mm to a vertical post of 3 mtr height made up of msl pipe of 60 mm n.b welded with two hold fast of m.s angle 25x25x3mm of 30cm length each at bottom and including making holes in pipes, angles, providing & fixing m.s message plate of required size, steel work to be paired with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand and manufacture over a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical post to be painted in black/white/grey color) Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over an appropriate priming coast including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Officer-in Charge
