Repairs to 100 KVA HT/LT transformer at LIS Gonipora by way of: a. Isolation of the transformer from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discharging the HT cable, disconnecting the LT cable from bush rods lowering of transformer from bed at LIS Gonipora, loading in private vehicle Tata mobile carrying up to workshop unloading it for necessary repairs at workshop. (01 trip). b. Extra per km for lead > 20km approximately 25km ( c. Opening the lid of transformer and draining the carbonized T-Oil discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly of tank. The job includes dismantling of core assembly and coils as well checking the damages. d. Providing & fitting of 12 No. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of aluminium wire as per sample. The job includes providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber (12 coils @ 4kg approx = total weight 48 kg) e. Providing & fitting of insulation material such as separators, core sheets, card boards Bakelite tubes sleeves nuts and bolts connecting bars etc. 01 job f. Replacement of damaged LT bush rods with bushes, cups and insulators. 04 No. g. Replacement of HT bush rods with bushes, cups and insulators. 03 No. h. Topping of the transformer by providing & filling fresh T-Oil. 20L (item code 7.4) i. Filtration of the existing T-Oil. 150L (item code 7.6) j. Reassembling of transformer by way of fitment of HT coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the assembled transformer, fitting top transformer lid and testing on No load at workshop. k. Loading of the transformer in a private load carrier Tata Mobile through skilled labourers by using tools and tackles, carrying it to LIS Gonipora, installation on bed at site and testing on full load. l. Providing and fitting of LT galvanised D iron clamps with shackle insulator, nuts bolts and washers etc. at Lift Irrigation Scheme Kandi nutnussa.

Refitting of lowered LT Conductor over poles way of stringing, tensioning , binding over pin insulators using available ACSR conductor at Lift Irrigation Scheme Kandi nutnussa.

Providing and fiiting of 120 mm2, 1100 V single core copper conductor PVC insulated from LT pole to panel with each and every terminal of wire duly thimbled, crimpled and properly insulated using insulation tap using suitable size and rating of Cu thimbles Make: Havells at Lift Irrigation Scheme Kandi nutnussa.

Providing, fiiting and laying of 1100V XLPE electric cable 3.5 core 120 mm2 Al conductor LIS kandi-nutnussa to nutnussa old with each and every terminal of wire duly thimbled, crimpled and properly insulated using insulation tap using suitable size and rating of Al thimbles.Make: Havells/equivalent.

Providing, fiiting and laying of 1100V XLPE electric cable 3.5 core 120 mm2 Al conductor at Lift Irrigation Scheme Braripora.Make: Havells/equivalent.

Providing and fitting of 200 A 415 V 4-pole MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 36KA breaking capacity. Make L&T D-sine at Lift Irrigation Scheme Nutnussa Old.
