Bidders should be a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (or 1956) or Limited Liability Firm registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and also the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association shall be Signed and uploaded

The bidders should be having an experience of providing all the above services to two or more States/ Central Government Departments / organizations

Subject to clause (3) below of this tender document the annual turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Rs. 2.00 Crore in any of the last three financial years

The bidder should have office in Bengaluru, ESI Certificate, EPFO Certificate, incorporation certificate, GST Registration Certificate,The GST Returns filings, Certificate of Registration under KTPTC& E Act 1976, Copy of the PAN card, The bidder should possess ISO 9001-2008 and 140001 certificates
