SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing), removing and rubbish off the premisses to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 2Km , complete all as specified.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc. and removing the rubbish off the premisses to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 2Km , complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the rubbish off the premisses to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 2Km , complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), un-reinforced, and removing the rubbish off the premisses to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 2Km , complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish off the premisses to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 2Km , complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm not exc. 2 Sqm each and refixing the same opening complete , all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatment materials and PCC/ cement mortar padding etc complete from roof carefully by cutting chiselling, cleaning the surface by scrapping, brooming, brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 2Km , complete, all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Mat finish (non skid), Premium quality, coloured/printed ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed ceramic Premium quality, coloured / printed tiles of size350x250mm/ 450x300x7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed ceramic tiles, Premium quality, coloured / printed of size 300mm x200mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement, laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, sunken floor, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per item No above but except bricks, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC , all as specified. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in Cm 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 meters etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling for roof projection , chajjas , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections ceiling of RCC chajjas /beams/column s/balconies etc . and brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg /sqm including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 meters etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete, all as specified.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as inFins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like, all as specified.

Formwork tofins, louvers, fascia in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) if necessarily done in position without taking downcomplete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No above but except GI tubing complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- GI tubing shall be used as retrived under Item No.07

75mm bore Cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified .

Cast iron soil, waste and vent spun pipes of 100mm bore in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls with MS clamps etc , including taking down old existing complete all as specified .

Water profing treatement of sunken portion/water tank padding using SHALIURETHANE-BTD OF STP MAKE OR EQUIVALENT as approved by GE, high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.5mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.2 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers ( 5mm thick first layers and 5mm thick 2nd layer) mixed with WPC , all as specified. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

15mm thick (average) screed bed/ plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of BTD mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC and BTD shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 litres but not exc 500 liters , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) Cleaning, from tanks and from mouth and removing all scale and dirt, etc to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing , complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 40mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, as in spout of sunken floor complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L flor fixing of 10 mm dia AQUA TP aluminium groutnig nipple upto 75 to 100 mm deep by drilling with 12 mm bore hole and fixing in cement mortar at 600 mm above skirting/junction/traps and gravity @ 10-12 Kg/sqm pressure using grouting pump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing vent for moisture release for wall more than 150 mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Make :- AQUAVENT 205100A or equivalent as appoved by GE.
