Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary with C.M.(1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary with C.M.(1:6) in superstructure including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing cement concrete M-25 with 20mm and down grade of crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete works including machine mixing hoisting, lowering & laying in position in layers with proper packing & ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope & level including curing with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work including running & hire charges of machineries required for the work including from work and all labour for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(F&P Column & Plinth Bend )

Finishing walls with weather seal coat ( two coats ) over a coat of cement primer to outer wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
