Dismantling old unserviceable dosing plant and S&F new Chlorine Dosing system including commissioning, installation and testing. Chlorine Dosing system shall be of high pressure, single headed, adjustable Chlorine dosing system including the following accessories :- (i) Injector dozing pump working in 230V single phase, 50 Hz, high flow rate of 0-20 LPH & High pressure of 10 Kg/cm2 and stroke / minute of max- 135 and min-15 with motor along with preparation tank- FRP dosing Tank 170 Ltrs consisting water inlet line, outlet with strainer, drain overflow pot hole with cover, Level gauge, Agitator 120 w, 900 rpm single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller and service tank- FRP dosing tank of Capacity 100 Ltrs consisting of water inlet line, injector port, injector dosing pump inlet arrangement, drain overflow level gauge, inspection port, agitator 120w- 900 rpm single phase plunge mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller and provision of mounting lid all necessary pumping work i.e pipe 15/20mm with fittings are also deemed to be included in the quoted rates, complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of old unserviceable blower set and Supply, installing, commissioning and testing of new air compressor unit / blower, capable of discharging 320 m3 / hr at 0.5 Kg/cm2 belt driven on common base plate, coupled with 20 HP electric motor 1450 RPM, 3 phase with star/delta air brake starter dynamically balance pulleys inlet silencer with flinge air filter 'V' belt, belt guard with and including grouting the air compressor of appropriate size foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of motor : KIRLOSKAR / SIEMENS / CROMPTON GREAVES Make of compressor : ARCO / KAY / EVEREST / VENTURE / NGEF Note :- (i) Old plant will be deposited in MES store yard. (ii) PCC required for foundatiuon shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Dismantling old unserviceable compressor set and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of twin Lobe Rotary Compressor, air cooled type capacity 680 M3/hr, Pressure- 0.5 Kg/Cm2 and speed 1700 rpm, Shaft Power- 14 kw, Motor Capacity- 20HP / 1440 rpm, V-belt drive flow- Horizontal / Vertical and accessories suction silencer with filer, discharge silencer, non return valve base frame with slide rail, pressure safety valve V-Belt guard, V-pupply for machine and motor, V-belt set and pressure gauge including all necessary assembly with and including grouting the compressor set on appropriate size foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 with nut bolt etc. complete including alteration of existing pipe line complete at sand filtration plant. Note:- (i) PCC required for foundatiuon shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Old plant shall be deposited in MES store yard. Dismantling old unserviceable pump set and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of centrifugal multistage pump set of capacity 150 HP, 1926 LPM at 206.00 m head with bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft, mounted on a common base plate and coupled directly through a set of flexible coupling with suitable capacity of induction motor for operation on 415 volts, 50 hz Class 'B' insulation including with following accessories, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Pressure gauge with brass cock - 01 No. (b) Standard foundation as per manufacture's specification / instructions. (c) Alteration of existing pipe line with fitting i.e bends, tails piece, pipe with existing size, flange & nuts & bolts etc to match the suction and delivery pipe are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (d) Air release pipe and priming pipe with gate valve 20mm. Note : old Pump set will be deposited at MES water supply store. Make- Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/KSB

Dismantling of old unserviceable mono block pump set and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of new mono block pump set of 3 HP in wash water filling, 400/440 Volts, 4.75 Amps, 2850 RPM, pump head 16.00 m, complete all necessary arrangement with pressure gauge, complete all as directed. Note :- Old plant will be deposited in MES store yard. Make: Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves / JYOTI / L&T

Demolition cement concrete (Unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling / mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling / mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of grouting nuts & bolts in foundation deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement mono block pump set of capacity 01 HP, single phase, complete all as directed. Make: Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves / JYOTI / L&T Note :- Old unserviceable mono block pump set will be deposited in MES store yard.

S&F in replacement mono block pump set capacity 12.49 LPS, 30 Mtr head with 5 HP Motor, complete all as directed. Make: Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves / JYOTI / L&T Note :- Old unserviceable mono block pump set will be deposited in MES store yard.

M&L for fabrication of MS channel base frame for motor and pump as per existing size including welding, leveling alignment & testing of electric motor, pump or Air compressor including nut & bolts all as directed by Engr in charge.
