Surface excavation to required camber and gradient not exceeding 30 cms deep and averaging 15cms deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 40mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including levelling/spreading complete surrounding /under 2/4 pole structure and panel as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Rates are deemed to be included for bricks reqd for retaining the aggregate)

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire on LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of HT over head line for repairs, re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on HT poles including disconnecting and re-binding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after re-stretching, connecting jumpers, adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 metres clear distance from wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Dismantling of ACSR shall be done only those spans/ sections where sags/ kinks & bends have developed, snapped at places. (ii) For payment purpose length each wire is to measured.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed), grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ ducts or fixed to walls/ poles complete including testing and taking out old unservicable cable, cable covers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & Earth work, brick cable cover, GI pipe and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetly.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Renewal of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Painting to existing steel tubular HT poles, 11m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed

Painting of LT panel outdoor/ inddor off sizes removing existing old paint with the help of sand/ emery paper etc. preparing surfaces externally including cleaning etc. and applying externally one coat of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning and surface dressing upt 25 cm depth around 1 metre of the panels complete all as specified and directed .

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Disconnecting the VCB outgoing 11 KV 630 Amps from the electric circuit taking out the trolley from the VCB and strip opening for the following repair/replacement:- (i) Discunnecting the electric motor AC single phase, gear assembly, vaccum bottle, , top support insulator, over load relay and depth fault relay, CT and PT and provide minor items required in VCB. (ii) Complete servicing of the VCB Assembling the trolley, setting the machanical system, electrical system greasing and testing complete. Note: Make of VCB - KIRLOSKAR Note 1:- Service will be carried out through service Engineer of manufacturer employee .No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. Note 2:- The minor spare parts shall included in said item i.e. nuts & bolts, springs gromments , dust cover, ring of isotators, contact clips, pin for release prop, Ý'phase shround, over side strip pin etc. Major spare part shall be paid seperatly under relevant items of BOQ as "Supply Only) as under Serial Item No's 39 to 47:-

Supply only vaccum bottle of same make as of VCB including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring charging motor with gear assembly complete of same make including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital electronic KV meter 0-12 KV with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital Ameter (0-200 Amps) electronic with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Dehydaration/ filteration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength not less than 50 KV inculding testing of dielectric strength before and after dehydaration at site complete all as directed.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Disconnecting the inlet and outlet connections from electric circuit, taking out and strip opening and repair/ replacement of defective parts of 50 KVA voltage stabilizer of make "Vinitec" including following:- (a) Disconnecting the moving arm, servo motor, control circuit and providing minor items required in voltage stabilizer. (b) Complete servicing of voltage stabilizer, setting the out put voltage 440 Volts with accuracy ± 1% variation, input voltage changes upto ± 50% complete servicing and testing all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Transformer oil filteration and filling of new oil will be measured and paid seperatly under relavant item of BOQ. (ii) Service will be carried out through authorised service Engineer of manufacturer. (iii) The minor spare parts shall included in said item i.e. nuts & bolts, springs etc. (iv) Major spare part shall be paid seperatly under relevant items of BOQ as "Supply Only) as under Serial Item No's 51 to 54:-

Supply only motor driver motor of 50 KVA voltage stabilizer, 3 phase naturally oil cooled type all as specified and directed. Make:- Same as of voltage stabilizer.

Note for Serial Item No 51 to 54:- Labour and T&P required for fixing shall be deemed to be included in Unit rate quoted by bidder for Serial Item No 50 here-in before.

Transformer oil in transformers/ voltage stabilizer/ isolating switches of viscosity as per IS: 335-1993 duly dehydrated and tested having dielectric strength 50 KV when tested at 4mm gap all as specified and directed. Make: Power oil or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specitied and directed.

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of transformer indoor/ outdoor type with one coat of smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint over the existing paint after cleaning and removing the dust and dirt and cleaning with sand paper and preparing surface for painting complete including writing SM Nos on transformer body with letters 50mm high with white synthetic enameled paint complete for transformer of any capacity without disturbing the supply complete all as specified and directed. Note: Write with white paint on body of transformer " Date of Dehydration". ............................, "Date of Top Up of Transformer Oil".

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning gang operated air break off load connecting switch HT, 11KV, tripple pole, each plate consisting galvanised steel base, verticle type mounted on 15 No's post insulators and steel frame, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns complete with dropout fuse element assembly, operating rod of GI pipe, medium grade, 20 mm dia (without joint) of suitable size and locking arrangement, connections, mild steel frame with PG clamps and sleeves etc required for current rating 200 amps capacity including taking down unservicable GOD of any type, shape & size with steel frame and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Renewal of drop out fuse assembly complete with 06 No's, porcelain vitreous base insulators and connected accessories for 11000 Volts grade of 25 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

Cutting/ trimming of trees branches from LT/ HT lines upto 2 metre horizontal & 2 metre vertical distance from both sides of electric line including shifting of cut trees branches away from site complete all as directed. Note:- Distance between two adjacent poles irrespective of distance shall be considered as one span.
