Supply and installation of wall mounting cubicle type dust and vermin proof CAPE make BRES 43, 400 x 300 x 200 mm Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester Enclosure with hinged door, IP66, IK 10 outdoor meterbox or equivalent with provision for fixing KSEB meter, cut out & Neutral link and 25A , 10kA SPN MCB, C curve , with sufficient holes for fixing KSEB electronic energy meter, cut outs and neutral link. Supply and providing 1No 16A,10kA ,SPN MCB C curve , 1 No 32A HRC fuse units with 20A HRC fuse link and 1No 32A 2way neutral link in the meter portion. Necessary holes are to be provided in the box for entry and exit of wire. The inter connection should be done using 4sq.mm copper wire.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group A

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 20mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25mm of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 2.5 sq. mm

Supply and drawing 3 core 0.5 sq.mm multi-core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections .

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 7 W LED lamp OSRAM or equivalent

Supply and fixing cast aluminium stove enameled elliptical shaped bulk head fittings with porcelain holder suitable for LED Lamps including connection etc as required.

Providing and fixing10 SWG copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply and providing 25x6 mm brass bolt and nut with washers on the existing MS box / earth bus etc. as required including drilling necessary holes as required

Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the 3.15mm (10 SWG) earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 6 way , Double door

Supplying and fixing 40 A double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, 25A residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, single pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

Numbering of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan as required.

Supply and installation of suitable size MS rod type fan clamp as per IS 732 as required.

Providing and fixing B class G.I. pipes with ISI mark complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. 50 mm dia nominal bore

Supply and providing 20mm pvc gland at the meter box including drilling necessary holes as required

Supply and providing 8 SWG coated GI wire

Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the 4mm (8 SWG) earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.
