Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:

30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing factory made Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) Chhajja 4mm thick of required colour size and design made of Resin Transfer moulding (RTM)Machine technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and 1 no horizontally mm thick MS flat with 12mm inbuilt hole for grouting on the existing wallalongwith 50mm flangesduly inserted and sealed in the wall completein one single piece casted monolithically, including all necessary fittings. The FRP chhajja should be manufactured using unsaturated polyester resin as per IS: 6746, duly reinforced with fiber glass chopped strand mash (CSM) as per IS:11551 complete with protective Gel coat U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of

tempetrature, weather & sunlight (only plan area of chhajjas shall be measured for making payment)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Cleaning of manholes by removing deposited silt and other waste material from drainage manholes and sewer lines including rodding and flushing with water as directed.(Rate is per one manhole and sewer line upto next manhole)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
