Design of circuits in connection with preparation of wiring diagrams as per approved Signalling Plan and submission of indoor as well as outdoor completion documents for alteration work. NOTE: The contractor 4 shall initially supply 2 sets of documents (Paper Prints) for approval of Railways. Railway will return one set to the contractor duly approved with alterations/corrections, if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railways' alterations/ corrections/ comments, if any, in the tracing & CD without any deviation and submit all the tracings and Final CD complete with all respect for Approval of Railways. After Approval of Railways on the tracings, the contractor shall submit 3 sets of final approved diagrams to the Railways within 15 days. He shall ensure that each sheet has a block for signature of railway official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory of the firm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column. All the drawing shall be supplied in a good quality folder for each IBS/ABS/LC Gate.
Supply of Micro Processor based Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) with 128 digital input and 16 analog input as per RDSO Spec. No. IRS (S) 99/2006 with Amdt 3.0 or latest. It includes supply of all the items required for complete indoor relay room wiring from RTU to relay rack tag blocks, drawing/extension of power supply up to RTU. It includes supply of relay room door lock checking arrangement, commercial power supply monitoring arrangement & monitoring of DG sets, ELD (if installed), IPS, other Potential free contacts as per instruction of Railway Representative, 5 interlinking and networking of RTU. It also includes supply of leased line MODEM, suitable online UPS (minimum 6 hours' backup) and other interfacing cards, if required for networking of Data Logger. For networking, required communication channel (Quad/ OFC cable) will be arranged/provided by Rly in SM/ASM's room or in OFC/AUTO/EI Huts/LC Gates etc. and it will be extended by contractor up to location of data logger by using CAT-5/6 telecom cable with proper casing and capping. The contractor will supply all the material like CAT-5/6 telecom cable, casing & capping, nuts, bolts etc. The final commissioning will be done after filling up of Pre- Commissioning checklist (circulated by RDSO) with the OEM representative. Data logger to be validated and commissioned before simulation test and put in network, validation statement should be jointly signed by railway engineer (open line), railway engineer (construction) & OEM'S engineer before simulation test with name, designation and date. Payment for this item will be released only after submission of duly signed pre-commissioning checklist of data logger in standard RDSO format, joint signature of validation statement. OEM'S engineer will also impart training to rly staff at site for proper functioning /working and applications of data logger.

Installation of Sliding type LC gate on concrete foundation with complete wiring as per technical specification. It includes (i) Excavation, ramming, casting cement concrete foundation (Ten numbers per LC gate) for sliding gate complete set as per CSTE's drg no.SK/13/00037 or latest with contractor's materials including cement, sand, stones, aggregate, etc (ii) Installation of sliding gate and boom rest post along with 'E' type locks and lock up box as per CSTE's drg no.SK /13 57 /00037 & PCSTE's drg No.SK/20/00063 and technical specifications. Supply of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC)-HDPE pipe/duct of size 200 mm outer dia and 175 mm inner dia. It includes supply of Double Wall Corrugated -HDPE pipe/duct as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/ 204/2011 (version 1.1) or latest and conforming to ISI Spec. 81 No.IS:14930, Part-II. (The manufacturers, suppliers must produce valid IS license and should be certified under ISO 9000 and shall submit copy of certificate). One of the following coupling arrangements should also be supplied with each pipe as per the site requirement.1) Suitable snap fit coupler with rubber O-Ring, 2) Spacers, 3) Tees, 4) Bend, 5) End-cap. DWC pipe shall be marked at every 1 mtr length in such a way that manufacturer's name, vendor name and year of manufacture can be easily identified.
Placing of DWC HDPE pipes along with collars in trenches at places near track and road, crossings, platform cuttings etc.
Excavation of trenches in all types of soils including soft rock as per including cutting and clearing of bushes and roots of trees etc., upto a depth of 1.2 Mtrs and width of 0.3 Mtrs at the 83 bottom in the entire section, back filling and ramming of the soil in trenches to original level. The work shall be executed as per technical specification. NOTE: Proportionate payment against the work executed by the contractor will be arranged where digging of trench upto 1.2 mtr depth is not possible due to water seepage inside the trench, this has to be confirmed by the railway representative present at site and should be recorded in the field book
Digging of 1.0 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide trenches In hard soils including hard rock and Soil mixed with ballast/Stone/Bricks, including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on the selected route back filling and ramming of the soil in trenches to 84 original level as per technical specifications and cable route plan. Note: In case where digging of trench up to 1.0 Meter depth and 0.3 meter wide is not possible or bigger size trench is required to lay more cables or loose soil/ muck is encountered, the depth can be reduced / increased as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the works, the payment will be decreased/increased proportionate to the depth & width of excavation compared to 1.0 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide.
All works of Excavation of cable trench 1.0 M deep, 0.3 mtr wide on pucca platform/Pucca Road and placing of GI pipe, and restoration of the platform /Road surface to the original condition after cable laying and refilling the trench. Necessary materials e.g. GI pipe, 85 cement, sand, stone chips, mortar have to be supplied by the contractor. The work should be done as per specification. Excavation of trench to a depth of 1 meter for track crossing of cables, laying of DWC/ RCC pipes with collar/coupling, refilling of trench by ramming and consolidating it as per the 86 instructions of Railway representative at site. During excavation of trench it has to be ensured that the excavated soil does not mix with the ballast available. The depth of 1m trench shall be from the bottom of sleepers for track crossings. Laying of cables is not included in this schedule. (Supply of DWC/RCC pipes with couplers/ collars is not included in this schedule).

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio 1: 3: 6. Item includes excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with cement & sand mixture (aggregate not exceeding 91 3.8 cm.) (Aggregate cement & sand to be supplied by the contractor). Wherever depth of 0.5 m cable trench is not feasible, cable shall be protected as: - Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100 mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench.
