Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring of any type for light,Fan,Socket or power point complete including fittings and fixures such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. Removing materials to store to keep in safe custody or taking credit (credit for above item should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing-functional Air conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position, 1.5/2 TR capacity, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, checking serviceability of wiring & parts, and refixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item .

Disconnecting and taking out defective / nonfunctional capacitor 60 MFD/4.0 MFDand Supply & fixing capacitor suitable for Split A/C/window A/C complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out defective / nonfunctional relay contactor and Supply & fixing relay contactor suitable for Split A/C complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective sealed unit compressor of window type AC of capacity 2 TR of any make and transportation to company for repair and thereafter fixing back the repaired compressor of original make in the existing AC, including welding, brazing of gas pipe line, vacuum pressure for leakage & testing with charging of Refrigerant Gas and testing & commissioning of AC complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.33 here in above but compressor of 1.5 TR capacity split AC of any make complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Refrigerant Gas required for charging of compressor shall be measured separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply & charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 Mono chloro difluoro methane (CHCLF2) to make up the required pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of drain pipe for window/split A/C standard size of 3 meter complete all as specified and directed. Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for Sch ‘A’ item No. 25.00 here in above.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer for General servicing and minor repairs AC 230 volts three phase 10 KVA cap. of any make by checking, tightening of electrical connection, replacement of carbon bush/diode/triode/transformer, indicating lamps, checking of electronic circuits to make it functional including replacement of minor defective parts complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Servicing of desert cooler of different size and capacity including cleaning ,greasing, painting of whole body inner and outer ( inner body should be painted by red oxide paint , the joints and corner should be filled by black bituminius paint, the outer body should be painted by sky blue paint,) The minor parts such as nut bolts and washer is deemed in the quated rate and should be tightned and fastned properly.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of Desert cooler fan motor of any description and servicing/rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal) including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site and re- assembling the complete, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only the following new parts suitable for desert cooler of any capacity. Note :- Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for Sch ‘A’ item No. 38 here in above.

Supply only new wood wool pads best quality of required size as approved (three in each on desert cooler) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only submersible pump for Desert cooler 230 volts, 45 watt, 1400 RPM, with ball bearings complete all as specified and directed (Make : Crompton / AUE / Khaitan/ Bajaj )

Disconnecting and taking down the existing Geyser of any capacity (25 / 50 Ltrs) and in any position from the existing location and Dismantling the Geyser,Servicing/ cleaning and de-scaling the inner tank and other parts / accessories including inlet, outlet , overflow Geyser element, thermostat , ‘U’ assembly etc. with brush, cleaning rod, and using de-scaling solution mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits /scale is removed as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, brazing for stopping leakage of copper inner tank/gas welding for inner steel tank, re- assembling the complete Geyser after cleaning, Fixing and installation of Geyser in position and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts if any requires replacement shall be measured and paid for separately

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans and air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / Md Hostel/ Workshop/ Installations/Tech buildings) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc, dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item.(ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of fans to workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Remetaling of motor shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to matching with GM Bush shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Supply only the following new parts suitable for the ceiling/ exhaust fans, wall bracket fans & air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep Note :- Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for Sch ‘A’ item No.43 here in above.

Supply only gun metal bushes of any description and size to suit existing motor shaft including grinding & polishing of fan motor shaft to required shape/size.

Note :-(i) The entire work will run for 11 months as indicated in the tender documents. Completion before time shall not be entertained by the accepting officer. Site for the entire work shall be given to the Contractor in piecemeal manner and as per user requirement. The Contractor or his rep will report to the Engineer-in –Charge/JE Concerned on day to day basis to received the urgent nature of works and execute the same day to day basis. Non attending/reporting/execution of such nature of works in piecemeal manner a penalty of Rs. 200 per day shall be levied to the contractor. The rates quoted by the Contractor shall be included in the respective item of BOQ. No extra payment shall be admissible to the contractor on this account. (ii) Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract”.
