SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (Repair & maint of Under Ground (UG) Sump/R.C.C S/Tank (50000 Ltr Capacity))

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 min width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kind of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mmnominal size)

Dismantling and lowering down of old rusted top plate/roof sheet made out of 3.15mm thick mild sheet from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging carefully without making any damage to other members after necessary unscrewing bolts, nuts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing of mild steel top plate/roof sheet 3.15mm thick made to required shape and drilling necessary holes for fixing of bolts & nuts and fixed on existing pressed steel water tank on 21 mtr staging including necessary wire mesh jaly as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and lowering down 5 mm thick pressed steel side plates of size 1.22m x 1.22m from pressed steel water tank on 20 mtr staging, carefully without damage to other members after necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts, washers etc including separating serviceable side plates and kept in safe custody for reuse in the same work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and lowering down 6 mm thick pressed steel side plates of size 1.22m x 1.22m from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging, carefully without damage to other members after necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts, washers etc including separating serviceable side plates and kept in safe custody for reuse in the same work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing of new pressed steel side plate of 1.22mx1.22m and 5 mm thick, made to required shape and drilling necessary holes for fixing of bolts and nuts in existing pressed steel water tank on 20 mtr staging complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing of new pressed steel side plate of 1.22mx1.22m and 6 mm thick, made to required shape and drilling necessary holes for fixing of bolts and nuts in existing pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and lowering down mild steel tie bar made out of angle iron size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm and 2.5 metre long each from pressed steel water tank on 20 mtr staging without any damage to other members with necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel machine made nut and bolt 16-20 mm dia and not exceeding 5 cm long nuts and bolts with washers for fixing of steel plates, tie bars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel machine made nut and bolt 11-15 mm dia and not exceeding 5 cm long nuts and bolts with washers for fixing of steel plates, tie bars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only serviceable nuts, bolts and washers obtained from dismantled items for fixing of pressed steel plates, tie bar, roof sheets, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fixing leak proof materials comprising of lead wire, glass wool and black putty in existing pressed steel tanks to ensure water tightness after taking out old existing jointing materials by burning with blow lamps and cleaning and jointing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of painted old and new steel surfaces (inside surfaces of water tank) by removing all foreign particals from steel surfaces and cleaning throughly the surfaces and complete drying the surfaces and applying one coat of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose in pressed steel water tank on 20 mtr staging complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old and new painted steel surfaces of water tank (outside surfaces or replaced pressed steel sheets and tie bars and angle irons) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-IV (Repair of life filter media of Iron Removal Plant (IRP) OF 6000 GPH Capacity )

M/L for fabrication, supply and installation of iron removal (8mm MS Sheet) and filtration plant of capacity 6000 GPH comprising of the following units:- (i) Alum pot 1"x1", typre No. 04 with all fittinggs as required - 01 set (ii) Liquuid chloring dozer unit of capacity 16 gallons, suitable gor 6000 GPH capacity water filtration plant as required and specifified - 01 Nos. (iii) Air compressor unit with 2 HP electric motor, starter, pulley, air cylinder with safety accesories, 'V' belt complete sets with pipes- 01 set. (iv) Oxidation chamber of size 450mmx 760mm, MS body, fabricatied and containing MNO2 lumps - 01 Nos. (v) Iron removal filtration tank of capacity 6000 GPH with 3" dia pipe line, 6" dia, 5" height fabricated from Mild steel vertical type having plate thickness 8mm to 10mm with PVC strainers on bed, 2 man hole system complete all as specified -01 set. (vi) Treated media containing gravells, pebbles of various grades , green sand, activated carbon , barakpur five sand, MNO2 lumps etc suitable for 6000 GPH water filtration plant (IRP) - 01 Job. (vii) One set of 3" dia MS fabricated pipe line, CI diaphragm valves, pressure gauge, water sampling cock, rubber gasket , nut & bolts, air vent line with stop cock, provision for back washing - 01 Set.

M/L for errection, commisioning and testing of water filtration system, complete including pipe connections (Note : water testing report in all respect ie quantity of iron, turbidity PH value, hardness etc shall be submitted, tested from approved authority.

M/L for applying anticorrosive black butiminous paint inside and one coat of metalic primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint outside as per direction of engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of underground armoured cable PVC insulated 2 core 6 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade aluminum multi standard conductors.

Supply and fixing MCB, SPN. 240Volts, 20 Amps capacity with sheet steel enclosure

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.50 mm dia nominal bore for connecting the pump with with filtration plant and back wash pipe line including inlet and outlet pipe line.

Provision of one valve chamber for connecting both filtered and unfiltered water pipeline of size 80mm dia with provision of 02 Nos 80mm dia sluice valve inside the chamber both ends flouged type.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-V ( Repair of Borewells and Pumps in 02 nos Pump House )

Supply installation, commisioning and testing of Kirloskar make Multistaging pumping set of type RKB of Model No. RKB 40-12L, 3 Stages, 2900 RPM and suitable for discharge 1000 LPM capacity of filtration plant with suction 75 mm dia and delivry 50 mm dia coupled with electric Motor of capacity 7.5 HP OPEN WELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP with rated out put as per IS-10002, BS-5514 @ of 2900 RPM speed with delivery head capacity of 60 mtr with 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz including MS nut bolts purpose made of with hexagonal or square head 20 mm dia and 45 cm long 06 Nos for foundation. The Electric Motor and pump set should include all the standard and optional accesories as per Kirloskar firm manuals.

Supplying and laying of waterproof cable PVC insulated 4 core 10 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade copper conductors for Open well Submersible pump.

Supply and fixing PTMT foot valve of size 50-80mm dia complete with washers including rubber gasket etc all as per direction of Engineer in-charge
