This exemption shall be extended to PUs approved sources also for various safety/vital items which were transferred to PUs vide board's letter no.2001/RS(G)/779/7 dated 07.12.2016.Exemption regarding technical & financial criteria shall not be given to authorized dealer with tender specific authorization givenby the OEM and such dealer shall have to fulfill required eligibility criteria as per GCC 2018 or any amendment thereafter.
