Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster and cleaning with wire brushes roughening the surface and hacking out dirt, where directed and disposal of rubbish not exc 50m distance from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high performance two component brushable elastomeric polyurea waterproofing coating cold applied brush applied ultraseal BA or approved equivalent (in sunken portion of WC & floor trap) liquid membrane with white in colour with an elongation of 500% and tensile strength of 5 N/mm2 @ DFT 1mm as per ASTM D 2370, 73% solid content, shore A hardness of min 70. The systsem includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application @ 200-250 gms/Sqmt depending upon the surface porosity and applying Home Shield Ultraseal BA or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.5 Kg per Sqm providing 1.2mm DFT etc complete all as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian paint or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L water resistance crack sealant fibre glass reinforced water based crack filling compound, ready to use, very strong adhesion on all absorbent surfaces like plaster, wood, gypsum, pop etc. complete as approved by GE. Make: Asian Paint of equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and any thickness including gritt finish on brick/stone/concrete surfaces scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, as on external surfaces in two layers, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces over TWO coat of wall putty complete all as specified and directed. Make: Berger, Nerolac or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 250mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid, coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/450mm x 350mm x 7mm/450x300x7mm/600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to receive tiles, incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid, coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 100-110mm CI/PVC pipe fixed to wall or laid in floor or trenches including connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 16 here-in-before but for 75mm bore pipe.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing, 20 mm bore, galvanised , "medium grade" with all fittings and fixtures and short lengths, fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L treating the soil along with external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall complete all as specified and directed.
