Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing old brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork except brick with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, bed plates and chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, un coursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No -05 above but except stone.

M&L for flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling to random rubble masonary un coursed or brought up to course in cement ratio 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 300mm dia bore Reinforced Concrete pipes, class NP-2 with collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains drain 150mm /200mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete as in roof slab, floor beam, roof beam, staircase, column and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man cover vibromatic slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement (Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work including 2mm thick CR sheet with 2 coats of bitumen paint and two nos PVC counter sunk handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) CA No and Date will be engraved on slab. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for RCC M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of steel Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing pipe line 100mm /150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole cover of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine/ manually (as directed by Engr-in-charge) as required at site from manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge and disposal out of defense land, re fixing the manhole in original complete all as specified and directed

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the nahani traps/ gully traps of all the mud /sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Sucking out sewage water through sewage tanker from the man hole/septic tank/soakage well in different location and disposal of out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n exc 50 mtr from the WC excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes any depth any size taking out accumulated, soil, sludge any material incl both ends and removal to MD lands and manhole cover and re fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells 1.20 m internal dia and 3.00 m effective depth complete all as specified in PS here in after and shown on drawing No CEBZ TD Drawing No. 309 Sh 1 to 4/4.

M&L for construction of 25 users septic tanks complete all as specified in PS here in after and shown on drawing No CEBZ TD Drawing No. 217 Sh 1/7 to 7/7.
