Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for laying cables in trenches/pole foundation and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point where directed.

Material & Labour for Sand Cushioning to UG cable 40mm wide 15cm and 8cm thick above and below the cable respectively excluding laying of PCC cable cover for protection on the top of the sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured & paid.

Supply & Fixing GI tubing light grade 40/50 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles under floor/ground complete with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv reinforced precast concrete cable cover any type from the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only PCC cable cover for LT / HT UG cable, of any description retrieved from taking down cable covers complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv LT cable any size from trenches/duct, stacking at site, checking by megger and carry out repair/replacement of defective cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel outdoor type confirming to IS 8623 Part-I (one), obtained from CPRI approved manufacturer, totally enclosed weather and vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door opening with locking arrangement at front. Protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre- treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coating and powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, doors and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work / support required with four legs 60 cm long using angle iron 60x60x6mm, air passing holes and locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming and outgoing cable using proper cable lugs,legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type 'B-1' and making good disturbed surface complete and comprising of the following :-

C.OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 63 amp 4 pole, 25 KA, Ics=100% Icu Ics=100% Icu, with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seperator - 03 nos (ii) MCCB 100 amp 4 pole, 25 KA, Ics=100% Icu Ics=100% Icu, with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seperator - 1 nos complete all as speified and directed. Make of MCCB/MCB : Legrand/Schneider/Siemens/C&S. Note:(i) LT Panel shall be brought from CPRI approved manufacturer. (ii) Contractor shall submit the following Test report i.e. IP Test Report and verification of short circuit withstand test report issued by CPRI in respect of LT Panel. (iii) Contractor shall submit drawing for approval prior to place order.

M & L for fabrication work in panel including cross arms, bracing, support clamps and back plates fabricated from stell sctions including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one finishing coat of paint complete all as speified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundaiton of stays, bed concrete and coping of poles with and including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as speified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 1991, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as speified and directed.

All as per item no.22 above but using galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm as earthing lead

Periodical Maintenance / servicing of 29 Watt Solar street light by carrying out following maintenance / servicing activity for minimum two times (at interval not less than 5 months) complete all as speified and directed. Note: (a) M&L for top up of battery distilled water and checking of specific gravity.If specific gravity beyond normal value entire qty of distilled water shall be replaced. (b ) Making proper alignment of solar panels facing towards south direction. (c) Cleaning the upper surface of solar panel with glass cleaning solution. (d) Clean the battery terminals and nut/bolts with the help of filling tool, make sure the threads are not affected and nut -bolts are properly tightened and application of petroleum jelly at the terminals of the battery.

S & F in repair 12V, 120Ah capacity Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery (at C/10 discharge rate) confirming to IS 16270 and IS 16046 complete with initial charging suitable for LED street light fitting complete all as speified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4 pole contactor 125A 4NO , suitable for 415V AC complete all as specified and directed. Make: ABB cat part no.1SBL41120R or equivalent in Hensel/L&T

S & F in repairs MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole, 35 KA confirmin g to IS/IEC 60947-2, Ics=100% Icu with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seperator, suitable for 415V AC complete all as specified and as directed. Make: ABB cat part no.1SBL41120R or equivalent in C&S / L&T

Taking shut down from main receiving station and disconnecting EHT & HT connection from transformer of any capacity and disconnecting / removing of earthing strip from transformer complete all as speified and directed.

Repair of transformer of any capacity and type of step down transformer including repair / replacement of the followings: (a) Drainin g out of existing traformer oil. (b) Lifting of core and and winding assembly complete from in side the transformer after un screwing all nuts bolts washers and cleaning old / used insulating oil. (c) Dismantling damaged laminated sheet cutting/shaping new laminated sheets as per existing parten& lfixing with existing frame. (d) Wraping insulating paper over high voltage coil. (e) Necessary rewinding of primary core with existing size and quality of copper strip / wire all as directed and approved by garrisiso n enginneer. (f) Necessary rewinding of secondery core with existing copper wire with new insulation of internally all as directed by Engr in charege. (g) Repair / replacement of all other minior parts if found un servicable worn out during repair. (h) changing alll gaskets and Reassebling the transformer transporting to its loation installing testing and commissioning up to the entire satisfication of Engr in charge in presence of rep of the Acepting officer. Note: (i) The replaced items shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only in schedule. (ii) Unit rate quatedagainist this item shall also the deemeed to include for labour required for fixing of replace items.

Supply & fixing the following items of transformer required for replacement of unserviceable items obtained from item above ccomplete all as speified and directed. Note : Copper winding wire as per existing size and shape duly insulated with 3 layer paper insulation machine wrapping over the winding strips suitable for HV & LV coils.

Re-assembling the Transformer after re-winding / tightening of transformer core, tightening/replaceing of bushing/studs, oil seal etc. both primary and secoundary, fixing top cover conservator tank, breather, top cover gasket etc complete all as speified and directed. Note: Re-winding, replacement of bushing and studs measured seperately.

Re-fixing the transformer on its existing position & connecting the power supply, testing and commissioning, up to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge in the presence of rep of the Accepting Officer.

M&L for de-hydration and filteration of Transformer oil of any type and capacity of Transformers at AF Stn Jamnagar with a dehydration machine till the desired level of dielectric strength of tranformer oil comes to 60 KV complete all as speified and directed. Note: The contractor will test the dielectric strength of oil of each Tranformer & voltage stabilizer before starting dehydration & filteration and after completion of dehydration & filteration process and he will submit a record of same. Each sample of oil will be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE's/Engr-in-charge and test result will be submitted accordingly.

Supply and refil new Transformer oil in Transformers having low level after heating to the required Temperature for top up complete all as speified and directed. Note: Transformer oil should be 60 KV dielectic strength and in sealed barrel having proper test certificate from manufacturer. Make of Transformer Oil : Transol/Power oil/any brand of Indian oil corporation.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of RCC/PCC pole and painting to pole 9.0m long with application of two coats of cement base paint of approved colour, Air force Blue colour, marking of strip in alternate blue and white paint pattern up to 2.0mtr above the pole coping and marking of pole number in yellow background circle 10cm radius and writing pole no, 3cm long using black colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole and painting to pole 9.0m long with application of two coats of synthetic enamelled silver paint of approved colour, marking of strip in alternate black and white paint pattern up to 2.0mtr above the pole coping and marking of pole number in yellow background circle 10cm radius and writing pole no , 3cm long using black colour complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and fix CI cable route indicator 100mm dia , 5mm thick duly engraved with "LT 1100 volts" having CI rod 10mm dia, 50 to 70 cm long, duly welded to round plate with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as speified and directed.

Material and labour for synthetic insulating mat of size 2m x 1m x 19mm thick complete as per ISI marked and it is should be approved by CPRI and as per IS-8437 for Test complete all as speified and directed.

M & L for claening of various E/M installation including grass cutting, removal of unneccessary trees,plant sorround the equipments like CSS, RMU, Transformer, LT Panel by taking proper shutdown and as intructed by concerned JE complete all as speified and directed.
