Labour charges for dismantling of cement concrete and roof tiles(approx. 60 m3), wooden beam(approx. 29 m3), brick work(approx. 8 m3) and the cost including scaffolding and other incidental charges. Removal of rubbish from the site with all necessary expenses.

Materials & Labour for providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20mm down stonechips excluding reinforcement all complete for work upto 4.0m above ground level

Materials & Labour for cutting bending binding and fixing in position at level not exceeding 4.0m height with 16 gauge black arrealed wire steel reinforcement of grade Fe-415

Hire & labour charges for shuttering with centreingand necessary staging upto 4m height using approve stout props and thick hard wood plank

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design & Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (up to 1st floor level) R.S. joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary.
