Replacement of overhead line to underground cable from 171 Bn SOs mess to Ftr SOs Mess at BSF Campus Masimpur under Ftr HQ BSF M and C Silchar

SITC of water protected outdoor type compartmentalized hut type double door cubical panel of size 500 mm depth suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hz made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with required hardware duly painted with powder coated. The panel having 400A/415V 4 strip aluminum bus bar- 1 sets duly PVC sleeved, separate detachable gland plate, angle iron base frame made out of 65 mmx 65 mm x 6 mm angle iron of suitable size of the panel {minimum height 2 meter (one meter below the ground level and one meter above the Ground level), hinged door, with locking arrangement for inside/outside separately, earth bar/stud, i/c grouting the legs in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation and brick work around the three sides of panel to supporting complete as required with following instruments mounted on it. (Panel should be as per design & drawing approved by Engg in charge)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (I) 125 Amp, 36KA, FPMCCB

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made, outdoor type panel size 800 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm deep, having prepaint treatment, painted with appproved siemen's grey powder coated paint, 200 aps, 4 strip bus bar insulated alluminium busbar 2 set and to accommodate following accessories, front opening, earthing, locking arrangement and 415V, 63 Amps, 16 KA-2 nos Four pole MCCB etc. complete as required and made of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder painted including and panel is approved by CPRI, as per direction of Engineeer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of 3.5 x 35 sq mm armuoured -PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required

Supplying and laying of 3.5 x 120 sq mm armuoured -PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required

Supplying and laying of 3.5 x 300 sq mm armuoured -PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. make Finolex/KEI/havells/equivalent.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long x 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc( with charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for lop earthing alongwith the existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required in 15 dia GI pipe from earth electrode as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (i) 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm)
